I had a great experience.
I was traveling from Atlanta and was car wasnt running great and needed service.
I usually dont trust any mechanic except my reg guy in ATL. But after speaking with Javier I felt good.
Javier was very professional, helpful and most importantly knowledgable. He took the time to throughly check my car and got me back on the road.
I was very pleased how he handled my sitiuation.

I bought my vehicle in, cause my engine light was on, Javier explained to me that he's going to clear the DTC code for me, cause he said the codes could be caused by a sensor that wasn't plugged in from previous repairs elsewhere, and he wanted to verify the codes, he drove my car, to see if the light would come back on. The light did not appear. He then told me to come back when the engine light appears, so he could verify it. A week past, and I returned like he said too. He then verify the code, and wrote me an estimate for the repair. My car is running great, I'm so thankful Javier had the patient and time to confirm the problem with my car. He was very polite and professional with me, would recommend my family and friends to see him.

(Side note: at the same time, also had a sudden problem with brake lights that would not turn off. Javier knew exactly the cause and had it fixed within minutes.)

I had originally had my car towed to the stealership. I wasn't happy with them in any aspect so I towed my car outta there and over to AutoExpertz. AutoExpertz is the best place around; especially for women who are afraid to be taken advantage of when they go in for car repairs. I feel like there is general care and concern that I am happy with the work. They never over charge and don’t look for extra repairs that are not needed. (Javier, Bobby did a great job filling in for you!) And a special shout out to Bobby- you are the best!

Very good shop for tire installation. I made an appointment and was taken care of in a timely fashion. Products were put on appropriately, and they even had black balance stickers to put on my black rims for balance.

I have a Genesis 2022 G80! Dealerships take more than 3 hours to do change oil, tire rotation and multi-point inspections. Auto Expertz TIre and Service did it for me in less than an hour. Family owned and trusted business for years. Thank You!

Went to this place years ago always loved their service, always friendly and greeting you with a smile. I had recently used a different mechanic close to work and felt I was wayyyyy over charged. So I took time off work to stop by again and they remembered my old car and I from years ago.
Prices are great here, they don’t try to take you for a ride and only recommend what really needs to get done to the car. Will only be using them and only recommend them to friends from now on.

I pulled up asked if I can make an appointment they told me to take me now so I did. They're very professional and efficient. If I have FUTURE needs I will definitely go back. Next oil change I'll be getting four tires from them. Good service is hard to find.
