Worst customer service ever. They do not care about people…just all about the money to them! Sent bad or wrong ecm…. Our mechanic and even one of the main mechanic/electric man from Cummins told them this. They did not care and would not refund money after we had to purchase another one from Cummins. We would lose at least 2 more weeks of work to send unit back and wait for another one to arrive.

Went there twice to give them another chance
Case 1 took front sam and rear sam from mercedes 08 c300 (bad diagnostic)
Diagnostics: front sam was bad a rear sam was ok -turns out front sam was ok rear sam was bad (i replaced a good sam and a bad same because a bad diagnostic) oh and the usual your computer cant be repaired.
Case 2 - 05 g35 ecu diagnostic cant be repair.
I guess that's all they can do say oh it can't be repaired.
Update- turns out computer was fine a main fuse was blown and ecu was not getting power, this place diagnostic was bad ECU which was a lie

Time and money wasted! Really disappointed. Trusted them my unit to be fixed and returned it to me with missing parts. “Never say never” won’t work to me this time.

Very and excellent services and support is the first time have a company with a great services and costumer service.

They dont call and keep you informed you have to call them it's like they don't care it took 5 days to get a diagnosis they knew my computer was bad an a Saturday and got a call on from them on Tuesday.

We took out truck in after wasting endless amounts of money in other shops and needless to say our truck will not be worked on by any other shop. The knowledge this shop has is extensive and solved my issue at a very competent rate…

I never leave reviews, but I was mind blown how efficient and professional they were. I needed my ECm fixed asap and they managed to get it done for me in a matter of 2 days. I recommend 10/10!

Needed a few ECM from Cummins and one international the ECM some got Repaired the next day from when I dropped them off and one was no good at the time the ecm no one had it in stock but they found the way to get me one! And program IT! And it had 1 yard warranty my customer where happy and so was I. I recommend the place every fast and the price was not bad!
