24At first I never thought I was going to buy my car at AutoNation until we meet Joaquin. He was responsible and respectful. Joaquin was able to sit down and look at the different options to find a car for the right price. Overall he did a good job and I’m thankful to buy my car here.
Terrible please find another chevrolet place. Service is the worst Dadeland Chevy is better. Coral Gables do not care about their customers unless you speak Spanish. Unable to get a loaner for a week manager's are no better. WISH I COULD'VE GAVE A 0 RATING.
The sales person Nelson, the manager Mario, and Carlos the finance man were very kind, knowledgeable, even the nice woman who took our payment. Very nice and respectful and we are very happy with them.
Service Advisor (Jesus Cruz) is amazing, very thorough and always treats my car as if it was his own. I used to have my car serviced at a different dealership and after having a bad experience with them, i came over to AutoNation in Coral Gables and have been very happy with the service and professionalism they provide with every visit. I highly recommend them!
I got my 2nd car with this dealer 2 days ago, and willing to come back for 3rd. So far, so good. As Recommendation, the return procedure of an old car should be more clear. I hope I do not get any surprises later on.

This is the second Chevy I bought since my 1962? Corvair. Traded my 2017 Malibu Premier (silver) for this 2018 Malibu Premier mainly because we love a red car. We had Buicks, Lincolns and even Caddys, but I enjoyed the way the 2017 Malibu Premier.handled better than the Buick La Cross. (We had 4) That 2L. 4cylinder turbo has more guts when you "ask"for it and everything else for a lot less money Thank you
Big props and thank you to Andry in the service department. He was super helpful throughout the whole process, very friendly, professional, and best of all honest! Helped me fix a problem with my car that luckily was under warranty. Can't say enough good things about the attention and the quality of the service I received.
Service is horrible. Waited about 15 mins until someone came out to see if i need help, then they went back inside.wouldnt buy a car from they not wven if my life depends on it.
Bad service in general in services department. They do not keep you informed. You make an appointment and practically nothing is useful.really a lot to be desired

Horrible service department, everyone ignores you when you drive up to service. None of the staff are knowledgeable to any customer and you have managers smoking on the service lane.
There wasn’t any service advisors who were willing to help me for a simple oil change and left us waiting for over 15 minutes without greeting, standing in a corner or asking me for help. I left and will never come back to service my car.

Bought a Camaro convertible SS in 2012 from this dealership went back to buy another when my Mercedes Benz lease was up.
I was looking for a new 2018 Camaro convertible SS.
They would not budge on price after keeping me waiting for 2 hours.
I bought the car in Naples for 4 thousand dollars less. The manager sent me an email asking about my experience. I replied with my displeasure and have not heard back. That was 2 weeks ago.
The slowest service! They work nicely, but also extremely slow. 5 hours to get the deal closed! Turtle Team!
Had a great experience at this Chevy store. I was so unhappy and annoyed with every Chevy store in Miami and Homestead area. The guy Francesco was very helpful and fast. Made the process smoother and less problematic. Highly recommend this young man!
