AutoNation Chevrolet Pembroke Pines

The financing fell through one full day after I drove the vehicle off the lot. The finance manager did not even call or approach me to discuss the scenario, it was relayed through my salesman (who was very helpful otherwise). The excuse I was given was that my DTI ratio was too high, even though we had another vehicle we were selling to AutoNation that same day and that debt would be thereafter eliminated. In order to remain with the vehicle, I was given the option to put more money down or accept a higher payment. This did not make sense to me given the DTI ratio issue I was advised of nor was it in alignment with my goal of a lower monthly payment than I previously had with my other vehicle. I immediately returned the vehicle and will not even consider returning to AutoNation unless I can be guaranteed more rebates than the maximum, no more wasting of my time, and TRANSPARENT financing!

My experience was amazing, my sales rep showed up and showed out. Ms. Foster and the team, made it happen and I am very appreciative for that type of salesmanship. I was not disappointed nor discouraged. If I could express my feelings in this survey, it would be ecstatic.

Yudi did a great job to get me in and out.the part was not there the first week, but she told me to return the following week and I was taken care of. I hope this experience is one of many to follow

Excellent customer service. I'm very satisfied with all the process from choosing my car with the salesman to Sergio at the financial department and people at mechanical service.

Charges $160 for diagnostic but no one ever called me to inform me of the issue. By the time I got word (because I called them) it was too late and the department closed. The manager on duty wasn’t helpful; kept to the script and didn’t offer any alternative. The tech finished at 3pm, no response till 6: 30pm, half hour before closing. Better off finding a small business.

This dealership is fraudulent on their labor rate of what it cost to replace my accelerator pedal and connector. I was charged 510 dollars for a serviced that merely took 30 minutes. I was told by the Brad the manager that I was charged for labor on the diagnostic, but nothing on my invoice showed that action. The manager then told me that they charge a 170 dollars an hour which means to it took the technician 3 hours to replace my pedal that has only a two bolt assemble and 6 wire splice for the connector which is just unreal. This was a 30 minute to an hour job at best. And to think dealerships would be the best way to guarantee fair service to their customers and Armed Forces service members.

My husband and I went to Chevy looking for new vehicles. We dealt with Chayanne in sales. He was really good. He listened to what we wanted and helped us get into new vehicles. The one thing I really liked about our sales guy is he is not the typical pushy sales person which wins a lot of brownie points with me. We ended up leaving with two new vehicles. My husband got a 2019 Equinox and I got a 2019 Traverse. I would definitely recommend using AutoNation Chevy and our sales guy Chayanne.

Have a Stingray and went to auto nation for oil change, Mr Guy took care of me very professionally and Fast!

Extremely rude service advisor (Jeff) and service manager. Walked in (Right on time for my appointment that I made in advance) and the service advisor (Jeff) wouldn’t even look at me. “What do you need” still had his face glued to the computer. I let him know what was going on with my truck. He looked over said your tires are too big, we can't do anything for you and looked right back at his computer. My truck a 2016 Silverado leveled on 33's, Not lifted 6 inches on 35's or something crazy. I left and asked to talk to the service manager. He was very aggressive and said your tires are too big and we will not do anything on this truck. No where in Chevys Warranty paperwork does it say you aren’t aloud to level and upgrade your tires. Right out in front was two 1500 leveled on 33's. They gave me no respect. Wouldn't even look at the truck that is still under factory warranty and everything installed by CHEVY. I went to Phil Smith in Ft Lauderdale about 20 mins north and had a way better experience. My 33s and leveled 1500 was not a problem for them. Fixed it under warranty. Extremely kind and treat you the way a customer should be treated. Don’t waste your time with the fools in Pines.
