32On 3/13/21, I went to Autonation to trade my vehicle. I saw one online that I loved so I had an idea what I wanted. Upon arriving at the dealership, I was greeted by Adrian Perez. I told him the stock number of the vehicle and he quickly got the keys and vehicle and brought it to me. He went over several things about the vehicle. He helped in every way possible to make sure I was leaving in that vehicle. Autonation was very patient with me as I did not have the title to my trade in with me so they allowed me to bring it to them the next day. Thanks Autonation for having the perfect car for me.
I came for oil changed on 10 July. I’m waiting for long time and employee named Arron Karria treated me disrespectfully.service manager David is nice but not his staff
Around 6/16/21 I took my car to auto nation on west colonial due to the fact that my car keeps on cutting off. I was given an advisor by the name of Aaron who was supposed to handle my car needs. My car was just shutting off on me and he told me that I needed a new battery. Aaron called me and stated that the problem was fixed & I paid $702.00. Within a few days the car was having the same problems. I took it back up there and left my car for a whole week for Aaron to call me back and said that it's fixed. Aaron claims that they have been test driving the car and nothing happens and they keep clearing out the codes. I picked my car up and literally drove about 3 miles and the car had the same issue. I drove the car right back up there and I explained that I'm having the same issue again for the 3rd time. I took pictures of my mileage because Aaron claims they have been driving the car and working on it and my mileage on the car has not changed. No one can resolve my issue. I either want my car fixed the correct way or I want my money back. I asked for the number to corporate and Aaron told me to look it up online. Aaron is very sarcastic and I really don't have time for that type of energy when I'm paying my money for services that are not being done. I do not appreciate the services that I'm receiving as I am an essential worker (truck driver) that risk my life everyday driving across different state lines and then having to come home with no car and attitude from autonation workers
Arrom was the best service advisor that we have dealt with at this location. He was great with communicating and exceeded our expectations for service. He was honest and worked hard to get our vehicle done in a timely manner. We appreciate it very much.
Armando and Matei was absolutely the best they made sure we got exactly what we wanted for our price range they were very helpful and honest and is perfect in customer service I would recommend anyone who is looking to buy a vehicle to Armando and Matei their services is absolutely 5 star thank you guys so much I really appreciate you'll help
Justin my service Advisor was very knowledgeable. I brought my Corvette in for a minor fix and due to Justin's knowledge brought it back for this service. All work was done in a timely manner and with a great outcome.

Honestly I could not recommend this dealership more to anyone looking to purchase a car. This was my first ever car buying experience, and it was nothing like the horror stories I had been told. Everyone here is incredibly kind and not pushy or overbearing in the slightest. My salesman Todd broke everything down for me, answered all of my questions no matter how stupid, and never made me feel pressured into making a decision. It was relaxed and stress-free, and I ended up buying the exact car I came in looking for on that same day. There were no gimmicks and Todd never left me without telling me exactly what was going on. Todd also has been following up with me over the past few days to answer any of my questions that I may have after I got home, which I really appreciate because it shows that they do care about my satisfaction with my car. I have no plans to buy another car anytime soon, but later on in life I definitely will be back for all of my future car purchases.
I recently purchased a new vehicle from AutoNation Chevrolet. If you have a choice on who to work with at the dealership for your vehicle purchase, work with Todd, although I'm sure all of the sales staff are great. He helped make my purchase a simple and easy decision. It was a very pleasant experience, and I look forward to working with everyone at this dealership in the future.
Jessica and Yamil were amazing and very helpful during this car process. I would recommend anybody to work with these individuals. They both made me feel very comfortable and weren't pushy at any point. I thank both.

To be at working at a such great environment it’s the best thing ever. I have been buying cars since the 1980’s and for the first time this one of the best experience I had. Thanks to benety for doing such a great job on pleasing the customers with their needs at this store. I can bet with anyones that that guy sells a lot of car he would call you days after days to ask you about the purchase experience just to make sure that you are happy with your car.
