They did a great job fixing my automobile which had the bumper smashed. The only problem is that they took too long to fix my auto because of lack of employees and now I have to pay half of the rental because the insurance will not cover the 42 days they spent fixing my auto.

They fixed my S63 front bumper at their collision center. The insurance process took sometime, during that time they left my vehicle under the sun. Because of that the dashboard and the doors' leather got bad, it is sticky and the leather covers are swelled. Before, I left my car there I haven't got any issue with that. They don't take any responsibilities, they don't return my calls. They avoid me.

James Suits initially informed me that the car would require approximately three weeks for repairs. However, it has now been nearly three months, and there has been no clear communication regarding the car's status. Frustrated with this lack of transparency and progress, I have decided to seek legal counsel to assist in resolving this matter with the responsible party. I strongly advise against entrusting your vehicle to them unless you want to endure a similarly exasperating experience.

Im still waiting for a call from any of the manager that works in this location, I call, no matter at what time there is never a manager there, my question is:
Have been 3 weeks since my car is in this location, more than two that the insurance approved everything,
do you have a day when I can pick up my car?

I feel discriminated and I feel like I”m not been taking seriously.

And now I just get notify that one of the parts that was ordered is not the right one for my car.
You guys can take the time you want. Just give a car while I wait

I dont want to talk to a manager I need to speak to the owner
I been going to this location for days, and nothing is resolved.they have my number on file.

Very good jobs are sometimes delayed a little because the insurance companies do not want to pay for the work as it should be done and you have to make them understand.

Took my car here to get fixed after an accident. Was attended quickly and with great customer service. They assisted me with whatever they could. Definitely recommend them for future auto repairs!

RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT- Now you want ne to call you and talk? But when my problem was going on you ignored me and told me to basically leave your stablishment. I had to deal with your garbage job, wash my own car which was disgusting after you finished. Charged me way more than we agreed. Please. Don't act like you care about customer service now. I will write to you on the bbb also
