My friend has a 2014 grand Cherokee Summit from them, $1700 air shock blew, then the radiator was leaking for $650,4 months later, thought he was out of gas but a spring broke, fell into cylinder head $2200,6 months later it starts to overheat, they rush to fix a thermostat and radiator cap, 15 minutes and $445 later he's drives off only to crack the engine block the following day $10,000 now Chrysler is refusing to service anything and was told this dealer overcharged by other dealerships to add insult to injury. Very unethical business trying to screw people during a pandemic.

Horrible & Disappointing! My son just graduated from the police academy! We decided to go car shopping today we went to Autonation Chevrolet on 8600 Pines Blvd. He was interested in purchasing a Camaritie we walked for at least 40 mins not one sales representative greeted us nor did they ask if they could help us. So we decided to go in and all the reps are standing around laughing. We had on our mask and was ready to purchase a car. I did get a picture of the reps standing around! I sat in the car 30 mins afterwards trying to find another ace dealership with Camaro’s.

Have been a customer of Weston Toyota dealership for years and twice I have gone and no parts were ordered. I tried to call the corporate offices because the service department is Weston has really deteriorated in terms of being efficient and polite to customers. It was impossible to reach a live person at corporate for help. I even tried HR and they were not picking.

Mi experiencia fue muy mala mi carro es un Silverado del 2016 me tuvo problema con la suspensión el problema me dañó las gomas dicho por sus mismos mecánicos lo cual no me cubrió pero si el “supuesto arreglo”. Yo pagándole una garantía extendida y en menos de un año tuvo el mismo problema y después de 3 meses dicen que no tienen tiempo y no sabe cuando lo van arreglar dañando las gomas por la segunda vez y el manager del general la recomendación que me dio que entregara la camioneta y sacar una nueva porque ya cuando el carro empieza tener problema ya es tiempo sacar otra nueva. El diciéndome que el problema de las gomas es que como es un camión hay que cambiarlo cada 20,000 millas luego de eso tuve problema con un rido del motor que supuestamente lo habían arreglado de nuevo y a los 3 días comenzó de nuevo y fue cuando me dijeron que no saben cuando lo pueden arreglar porque no tenían tiempo por el lío con la pandemia del COVID 19. Me prometieron un carro para la próxima semana y cuando fui rectificando el día anterior el appointment cuando llegue el manager me dijo que no me prometio nada en fin bueno para vender pero después que vendeN no cumplen nada. Si fuera por mi yo les pongo menos de un estrella. En los cambios de aceite yo te tenía que marcar las gomas cada vez que hiba hacer servicio porque no me la rotaban y tenía que virar el carro para atrás para que la rotaban y siempre lo managers de los servicios me decían que era inaceptable pero siempre sucedía lo mismo. El manager general me dijo que eso es que me están robando y que no pudia aceptar eso pero nunca hizo nada. Que será para los clientes que no hagan lo que en las gomas y se fijen es decir poco profesionales no se de donde dicen que son "5 estrellas" en fin no les recomiendo a nadie que pasa por esto por el maltrato y poco profesionalismo desde los mecánicos a los managers y incluyendo el manager general.

My experience was very bad, my car is a 2016 Silverado. I had a problem with the suspension. I paid him an extended warranty and in less than a year he had the same problem and after 3 months they say they don't have time and he doesn't know when they are going to fix it damaging the tires the second time and the general manager the recommendation he gave me that He will deliver the truck and get a new one because when the car starts to have a problem it is time to get a new one. He was telling me that the problem with the tires is that since it is a truck, it has to be changed every 20,000 miles. After that I had a problem with an engine noise that supposedly had been fixed again and after 3 days it started again and that was when they told me that They do not know when it could be fixed because they did not have time for the mess with the COVID 19 pandemic. They promised me a car for next week and when I was rectifying the day of the appointment the day before when the manager arrived, he told me that he did not promise me anything. In short, good to sell but after you sell they do not fulfill anything. If it were up to me I would give them less than a star. In the oil changes I had to mark the tires for you both every time Hiha did service because they did not rotate it and I had to turn the car back so that they rotated it and the managers of the services always told me that it was unacceptable but it was always the same. The general manager told me that that's being robbed and that he couldn't accept that but he never did anything. What will be for customers who do not do what they say in the tires and are unprofessional, I do not know where they say they are "5 stars", in short, I do not recommend anyone who goes through this because of abuse and unprofessionalism from the mechanics to managers and including the general manager.

ROBERT HERNANDEZ is the Used Car Sales Manager at the AutoNation Chevrolet in Coral Gables. The most nastiest, unprofessional and disrespectful person I have ever had to deal with. In complete shock with his reaction in the middle of a conversation to the point where he threw himself back, got up from the chair and walked away. WOW! How could they allow someone like this to manage and represent a company. Clearly shows they do not care for customer service, the impressions and values of this place. I guess some people just get confident and think theyre above people and can care less of how they act. I believe there's no way someone who truly values customer service and their job would react in this way unless they know that no consequences would be brought upon them. Hopefully I am wrong and he is reprimanded.

Trying to cancel the BS Dent Protection Plan they tricked me into when buying my car and I’m either on hold for 30 minutes or getting my message taken and NEVER called back. It’s so stressful.

I have an extended warranty (from AutoNation) on my truck, it has been sitting at AutoNation Ford of Miami for 4 weeks going back and forth between the dealer and the warranty part of the company and work has not begun yet. I am paying for a rental out of my pocket because they can not get their act together. The service managers solution was "take it elsewhere if you do not like it". My warranty expires in just over 30 days and I am not moving my car out of there until it is 100%.

Terrible experience with AutoNation Ford Saint Pete Florida. Took my Ford Shelby GT 350 to get the rear bumper addressed. Gaps between the bumper and body. They performed a TSB on it a few months ago didn’t get it right. Today they tell me they can’t get it any better. Unacceptable! I would take it to another dealer but that dealer Walker Ford in Clearwater wouldn’t touch it because AutoNation started the work. Eleven year Customer with this dealership thrown away.

What a scam, Having problem so I call the complaint dept.and of course you have to leave a message but instead of them calling be back they have the dealership who scammed me call and it only took 3 days for then not to return calls or emails again, Next calls to the attorney general in both states

After the experience my family and I had to go through and not getting any real help from corporate, I will never purchase a vehicle from Autonation again. Margate Ford (terrible General Manger) No one ever reached out to me to help with the situation from auto nation other than the people from the online chat center and that went no where, they said there is no one at corporate that can help us. It seems like At this company customer is always telling a lie and their general manager is always correct. I never right reviews this is my 1st one and its about this company. Now everyone that I meet or know will know never to go to Autonation and buy a vehicle, skip them.

This has been the worst car buying experience. Save yourself a big headache and go elsewhere. My truck has been giving me trouble from the second day home. On my second month with the truck, it’s been in for repairs 4 times from exhaust to transmission issues. I may have driven the truck a total of 2 weeks.

Under no circumstance purchase a car at their Subaru store in Scottsdale. Made mistakes in my contract twice! Called me back twice saying I needed to bring them more money and the manager Mike was completely rude the whole time, even with it being 100% their mistake. Buyer beware of their under trained, incompetent, employees what a waste of my time.

Clearly after reading all the other reviews this organization has no concern for their customers, just who can get the next phone pop and rip off the next Unexpecting individual.

Very disappointed. Our Volvo (our 4th and last Volvo) has been sitting for 6 weeks in the Volvo lot because Greg Johnson the GM at Bellevue wants us to pay $3800 for a repair that is a result of the dealership putting an after market part (without pur permission) (against the law BTW) and that part failing causing a domino effect on the driveline causing it to fail. Now they are wiping their hands of the situation after we have reasonable and have presented a reasonable argument. They want our family to pick up a nearly $4000 repair. They did not even offer to budge or compromise. This will end up being a long drawn out drama that will end up in a huge anti-Volvo anti-Autonation anti-Greg Johnson social and internet campaign. We have had Volvo's our whole adult lives. SAD that this dealership will not take responsibility for this lemon. It was a certified used vehicle. The part that failed was part of the sales agreement. At this point we will have to take a thousands of dollars loss or spend the $$ on attorneys. The after market part failed while we were on a road trip with our children in the car in September during the hot months. We sat on the side of the raod in the middle of nowhere for hours with 0 cell phone reception until someone stopped to help. Hmmmm neither a good option for a hard working family. This dealership put my childrens safety at risk. I am a very angry mama bear!
After this post Autonation said we are sory.blah.please send contact info.blah blah. Done. Right away. 5 days later NOTHING
My cuurent status:
Very disappointed. Looks like Volvo Corp Sweden needs a visit. Do they knowchow Autonation is handling their brand? Our family are lifetime Volvo owners. Sad.

AutoNation Chrysler, Dodge in Pembroke Pines SERVICE is the worst! FURIOUS. Took my car in with an 8am appointment of everything that was needed to be done on my new Pacifica. Told them i had to have the car by 5: 30, told I would get a call by 12: 30 with what they found. No call. I call and am told it will be another hour. I call 2 hours later to find out my car has not been touched. SO it is 3pm and don't know if my car will be touched and have a 5: 30 appt to be at. This is the worst ever.

By reading the other reviews posted here I assume it makes to difference to autonation what kind of reputation the business has. I will go ahead and my 2 cents in as well. Purchased a 2012 ram with 67k as a autonation reconditioned vehicle. Less than a week after purchase I took the truck into a shop that I use to go ahead and have the oil changed over to full synthetic because I heard I light tapping that sound like a lifter is lose, come to find out the oil in the truck looked to have not been changed in a looonngg while. Tapping sound has gotten louder over the 2 weeks. I decided to take in in for a look. Received a rental car from autonation in North Richland hill's. Received a call from my service advisor stating this was normal for a 4.7 to sound this way. Was also told my injectors are a little louder than normal but didn't warrant repair.since no repairs were made on the vehicle autonation will not cover the rental car, although it took 5 days to get my truck in for a technician (use that term loosely) to listen to it. I will be taking to a different mechanic and paying the 200 deductible to file it on the warranty. Had 2 sales lined for autonation for over 30k. I will be informing them to do business elsewhere.
