AutoNation Lincoln Clearwater

One of the best car buying experiences I've had. I normally will put off calling about a car because I don't like dealing with pushy sales people, but the car I found at Autonation Lincoln was such a great deal I didn't want to risk losing the opportunity. I called and spoke to Don, who was different than most sales people, I never felt pressured to act quickly or make a decision. I talked to Don several times over the next couple days and not bc he was calling to pressure me, it was me calling him to get info, make plans to test drive, talk finances etc. I wanted to make sure he knew I was serious about the car, because this was a car I knew would sell quickly. Don reassured me they would allow me the opportunity to test drive it before selling it to anyone else. Finally, after several days, I went to the dealership. I got there late due to my work, but they waited for me and had all the key people there to make the sale happen if I so chose. After test driving, I was sure this was my next car! The finance mngr, Kristine, was able to find me a lender with a great APR, considering my credit is not stellar. I'm so grateful for her hard work and professionalism. She never made me feel awkward about my credit rating and got me great numbers. Jason, the sales mngr, held up his end of the deal by holding the car for me even though he could've easily sold it the night before. I truly appreciate his honesty and integrity. Though, I didn't see Don, another sales person, Tim, stuck around for the test drive and he was also kind enough to help me get all my belongings out of my trade and transfer to my new car (and I had a lot of stuff!) They all went above and beyond and I can't say enough good things about them. In the future, if I decide it's time for a new car, this will be my first stop. They've earned my loyalty and I would highly recommend this dealership to family, friends & anyone who will listen. Thank you Autonation Lincoln!

Having driven to Auto Nation to look at a Nissan Maxima, that was on their website. A salesman took me to the clean up lot to see it, drove it, loved it, when inside to buy. Only for their I'm assuming sales manager 'He never introduced himself " to inform me he was holding the car for someone to look at the next day. I was there driven the car before it was even cleaned up, had cash to purchase in hand, but we can't sell it because she maybe coming tomorrow, if she doesn't buy it we will contact you. So from that statement itwas a not guaranteed sale, but I was there with cash. Is that really how you do business.

I was in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Plenty of coffee and snacks. Everyone was easy going. A job well done.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! AVOID CLEARWATER AUTONATION LIKE THE PLAGUE! I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

Once we paid, they never returned a call. Not even their lying General Manager Bob Geiger, who to this day (Dec 3!) still wont give us the Title, even though we paid on November 9, and have an active loan. They've tried bullying us into waiving our right to Jury trial, accepting a shorter than agreed warranty, and fraudulently signing docs with phony dates, mileage, and price! He even threatened to tear up our contract and take the car back if we wouldn't comply. Then he wouldn't even put what he wanted in writing, and refused to give me the contact info for his supervisor or legal dept.

They really are a NIGHTMARE to deal with. And we're returning customers to AutoNation - bought my wife's Mercedes SUV from the Delray location 5 years - no problems there.

But CLEARWATER AUTONATION STINKS! We went to AutoNation to avoid SLEAZY USED CAR DEALERS. Guess we picked the wrong spot. Trust me, don't EVER go there. Go ANYWHERE else. They act nice, but it's just an act - sleazy cheaters who try to rip you off. Let's see how long they leave this up for.

Traded in a vehicle and purchased another vehicle from AutoNation Lincoln. My sales person, Traci was outstanding, the process was very smooth and not a great deal of back and forth for which I was grateful for! I would highly recommend both AutoNation Lincoln of Clearwater as both dealership and Traci did an outstanding job!

To be fair, my whole (if I could give negative, I would) rating was not based on the experience with AutoNation Lincoln who purchased my truck, but with AutoNation Chevrolet where I struggle to get refund for unused warranty and with AutoNation Corporate who literally ignored multiple calls. I really can't see how anything in my review with them will be taken to heart. I think Auto Nation is on a downhill slide that can't possibly be recovered from. I would never buy again from them and warn all my friends that there is zero response from corporate and their lots are nearly as vacant as K-mart which must be the model for their customer service.

Loved the one on one attention from the service department.
Hoping the cars get dried a bit more when coming in for a car wash next time.left spots on the chrome. Very satisfied with the overall experience and love my Lincoln Navigator.

This is the best group of service people I’ve known after owning many different cars. They are prompt and efficient and always solve every detail.

Absolutely horrible!
Concierge from Lincoln has tried at least 10 times to get the service manager to return his call to no avail. Our seats in our 2020 Continental have discolored and the Lincoln concierge is willing to fix but dealership blames it on wearing dark close. Doesn't sound like they stand behind their product

Gets the job done with excellent service. Can't go wrong.

Excellent customer service from beginning to end! Ed was great and Celso was professional and courteous. It is always a pleasure doing business at Clearwater Lincoln. I drive all the way from Tallahassee to have my car serviced at Clearwater Lincoln! I left my garage door opener in my car, but Mark (or Mike) graciously got it for me. Also, my car was serviced and completed much sooner than promised. These guys treated me like a true Lincoln customer. If l could give 10 stars, l would. Keep up the great work!

I had been to two other dealerships that was such an unpleasant game playing low ball process with Hugh dealer fees. This Lincoln dealership was outstanding.they listened and it was a great customer experience. Impressive and I would totally recommend you shop them for fair pricing and professional treatment.

Just brought my car in for a 45 mile checkup. Everything was done to perfection and my car is running great. AutoNation Lincoln is the best. I would never take my car anywhere else.

My recent visit was for an oil change. My questions were well answered. Work was completed in less than an hour while I waited in the comfortable waiting room/business center area. The invoices as as expected. My experiences was positive, which is why I will continue to have my vehicle serviced by Autonation Lincoln Clearwater.
