We brought our vehicle in for in issue with a noice coming from the tire. They said there was no issue, but offered to do the 5k service. My husband had to sit there for 3 hours and they would not give him a rental or loaner. When we got the vehicle back now the tires feel like we are constantly going over rumble strips… this is ridiculous! We tried calling them and no answer.

The Enterprise Rental location put my daughter in a vehicle that wasn't clean. Totally rushing the process. Very unprofessional

I WILL NEVER RETURN IN THIS STORE! When I bought my second car they told that when I am ready for next car, to come back, they would give me a 10% return customer discount. I return for purchase another truck and they lied said the $36,000 one we were going to buy didn't meet the requirements For me they are not a honest dealership.
I will never return in this place!

First off Car buying can be a painful and brutal experience, tons of emotions huge commitment and a very confusing process at times, the Customer service experience I had was 2ed to NONE the staff at Auto Nation FtMy were hands down the most accommodating and attentative people I've worked with so far, I would recommend them to anyone in any car situation to stop in and see what this team can do to take care of your car situation, they got me out of a mess and into a brand new 2021 Camry SE and jumped through hoops to make this deal work. I am grateful and blessed shout out to Allen and Eddie for making this Happen!

Service is excellent, customers treated like royalty. However, all staff are overworked and constantly behind, trying to keep up with too large a volume of customers and requests to handle. Need to expand staff and allow them to breathe every so often - they will be happier and do a better job.

The customer service was excellent we were served by Dale he kept us informed every step of the way. He ask us what we were looking for we told him and it was delivered. Dale did not give us the run around he was very patient with us I love my 2018 Camary its great and loaded with different app! Thanks Dale and Autonation

Jeremy Smith has renewed my faith in car dealers. The man listens to what you need and delivers as promised! Guess who's going to get my business next time I need a vehicle?
By the way, Jessica LeClair is the best Service Rep they have!

Salesperson Jasmine did great. There was a sudden strong smell of sprayed air freshener in her office that was way too strong. I think she may have been implying I stink. I was on my way home from work so who knows. From a sales person stand point she was very personable and friendly. The finance manager who came to speak to me, he gave me five minutes or less of fluff then walked away to "see what other options were available". Within a minute a younger guy came by who was obviously just trying to do what he was just told to do. I am SURE the manager DID NOT look at any other options. There was ot enough time. I had went to O Brien Hyundai. They were not so in your face about what they cant do. O Brien came across with reasonable offers. Any offer Autonation had was twice the interest and payment. Which makes me question the finance manager with no motivation or talent for finding good options for lower cost cars.

Had very bad experience at this dealer If I would have know that if it takes 5 hrs to take a brand new vehicle from their dealership I would have not even considered their dealership even if they offered for low price. I was with my family and were expecting to wrap up in an hour or so there was some delay of 30 to 40 mins from my side in getting new insurance policy, but after giving them with the policy number they took more than 2 hours to complete my paper work and we are the last to handover the vehicle seems the management is busy handing over expensive vehicles or customers. I won't be going to this dealership for any of my future buys will prefer alternate dealerships even if I have to go extra to get the vehicle.

Kalvin was fonnaminal! He got me the very best deal there could be. He made my first time buying a brand new car, unforgettable - to personal concerstavion in test driving to helping me out till it was all done, making sure I was truly statified with everything before I left! Great employees all around and will definitely be recommending it do whom ever is in need of a car. They just make it that simple. Very impressed. Very warm family! I'm glad I went that route I did and went to Auto Nation!

I took my car in for service and each time I had to take it back. Although the services were through warranty they still should have been completed properly the first time. Then they say it was another diagnose that they did not see the the first time and rebill the warranty company. If the technical knew what he was doing the first time the issue would have been resolved. They repaired my A/C it was cold but not blowing forcefully. They fixed that issue. Now my heat is hot but blowing forcefully. They say it's a button i need to PUSH. I didn't need to PUSH a button before. I have a whining sound when I turn my car off, they say it's because the A/C is working properly. Inexperienced mechanics. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER.

Tania was very helpful, and was very efficient. She had a car ready for me to drive. The color is beautiful (red flare with light grey interior). Tania also drove us around the lot to look for blue Camerys, but they all had dark interiors. The red is perfect. Tania already had the paperwork ready, and we did half of it on Thursday night, and I finished on Friday morning with Charles. He answered my questions, and it was very quick and easy. While I was with Charles, Tania had the car cleaned. They were both excellent to work with.
Tania said she would mail me the other set of keys, which they could find on Friday.
I love my new Camery!

Friendly people, but ultimately between my wife's car and my car.they made too much errors in judgement. These errors led to them holding the cars longer than they should. Both cars were messed up in IRMA. My wife's car was delayed for over a week because they were asking my insurance company for information on it when it wasn't my name. I gave them the information up front and was clear we don't have the same policy. They didn't call me to tell me of their challenge. After a week, I called and figured out the delay on my own.

They re did my door handle and it "broke" twice. It's currently still broken because I have to leave my car with them until it's fixed and I need my car for business. I explained to them that I can't rent a car again and nothing was done or said to make things convenient. I believe it was well within their capacity to let me use one of their cars or something because this broken door handle is ridiculous. I'm just now writing my complain because every day I see it and I'm just irritated.

I have always disliked going to a dealer to buy a car, waiting for hours, being told "just a couple of minutes", etc, etc. I have to say that yesterday experience at Fort Myers Autonation Toyota was unique and superb. I walked in, had the pleasure to deal with Brieanna and Carlos, and walked out one hour later with the vehicle of my choice, gas tank full, treated with extreme courtesy, professionalism and efficiency. Finally a dealer where you can go and enjoy! Congratulations and thank you. The easiest new car buying experience I have ever had. Found the desired car through the internet and negotiated a price for it and my trade-in with the sales manager. The AutoNation Toyota FT Myers team had my new car ready when arrived. The paperwork process and briefing on the features of the car were handling thoroughly and with the utmost professionalism. I live 5 hours' drive from the dealership so having these matters well handled was important as I had a 5 hour drive home after completing my trade and purchase of the new car. Great group of people to deal with! Can't too highly recommend them!
