AutoNation Toyota Pinellas Park

My service advisor Gary is always professional and efficient. I visited AutoNation twice in one week for a battery then an oil change. I was impressed by the new texting service providing updates to customers regarding their vehicle status and showing images of air filter etc.is a former AN associate these changes are great it’s just too bad they were not done sooner. Thank you Chafik for making these changes as it impacts customer experiences and feedback.

The employees at this dealership are useless. They incorrectly associates my email address with one of their customers accounts but seem unable to correct the mistake. I just love getting spammed by these idiots with reminders that don’t apply to me.

Took my Supra in for oil change, small dent on rear panel and hole in my PPF when I get it back, manager at the time was irritated and short, basically said fix it our way or no other options. They want to repaint an entire panel on a < 5 month old car when it can be repaired with paintless dent removal. Will update when resolved.

I had a chance to sit down with the service manager, Steve Labate, who was kind enough to take some time out of his busy day and talk to me while my truck was being serviced.
I had some concerns regarding the future maintenance of my truck and Steve helped explained everything very thoroughly and I left a loyal satisfied customer.
I really appreciated Steve listening; it shows that they care about their customers

The sales and business staff Osama and Rob were great. They were very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly. When I returned another day for help with the GPS and other things, Osama was able to immediately help with all issues. Received emails from several staff thanking me for my business and offering to answer any questions I may have in the future. My first service appointment date was set up promptly. I felt listened to and respected. I would definitely refer friends/family there. And I love my car and all the safety features.

I had an amazing experience, super fast in and out with an amazing Supra! Sammy (Osama) was very helpful in getting me into the car I wanted! Also Bryan was a great help and had a lot of knowledge about cars!

John M at Auto Way Toyota sold me a 2023 Rav4. He was extremely helpful and not pushy. I would recommend if you go to Auto Way Toyota ask for John M, he really is the best salesman I have dealt with.

I had a vehicle I was looking to buy, but they made sure to down play the vehicle with a failed inspection only to turn around and sell to someone else. So to the lucky person who bought this 2010 Toyota Tundra Tundra-Grade Double Cab 4.6L 4WD it failed the inspection.

I bought a new Toyota Rav 4! I had a wonderful salesperson! He was very helpful and communicated daily to keep me up to date on my cars arrival. This is my 2 nd car I’ve gotten from Auto Nation Toyota! Highly recommend!

Quick and friendly service. I was greeted promptly and everyone in the service department had a smile on their face.

I went into the service bay for scheduled oil change, etc. I was immediately approached by man pointing out a small chip in windshield that I was already aware of. He said WE can take care of this by getting a new windshield FOR FREE. It was a to total nightmare after that. A LONG STORY, but to be brief. Found out he was not an employee of Auto Nation, Pinellas Patk until later. Found out I had to go the company doing job. Found out I was to go though a third company to file with my insurance company of which I was lead to believe it was my insurance company. A TOTAL NIGHTMARE THAT APPEARED TO BE MORE OF MISREPRESENTATION, SCAM, ETC. Very disappointed with Auto Nation!

Then on top of that, many of my settings were gone or changed of which I worked months trying to figure out. No one is ever available to help. Everytime I call for service, etc I have to leave message and never get a reply back the same day and sometimes never. Very poor customer service!

There needs to be some major changes made to this dealership in Pinellas Park.

Everything that I was told was true, there were no games or bait and switch tactics. Amazing straightforward service. Go see Alfredo Pozo the service advisor. He answered all my questions honestly and had insight into my inquiries that were even outside of the service arena. Alfredo is very knowledgeable and was a great help to me.
