Went to have SUV seviced with an appointment. Was there 3+ hours. That was with an appointment. Hate to see the wait without. I gave it 4 stars because at least there is a tv to watch, a small cafeteria where you can get something to drink or eat while you wait.

Just had my car serviced there. I had to deal with a service representative named Howard who was very unprofessional and would not answer my questions. I had to ask the same question 3 times in order for him to acknowledge it and then he responded very rudely. I have a somewhat strong accent but do not think this is why he ignored me as I normally don't have an issue with people understanding me giving I've spoken English for 30+ years. I don't understand how someone in customer service can lack so much in people skills. When I go back I will definitely be asking for someone else to help me.

Purchased certified pre-owned 2016 4-Runner Limited. All communications whether by email, phone or in person were professional and unpressured. Great price and great service! Compared to my previous car dealerships, I can say that she is certainly knowledgeable of the inventory; extremely helpful; and, what many dealerships and salespeople lack, transparent throughout the buying process. Staff was nice and they weren't pushy. The issue with this place is they do not negotiate with used car prices. Also, they offered $1500 less than everywhere else on my trade in. In addition to lowballing me, they wouldn't come off the used car price. I was ready to purchase but ended up walking.

UPDATE: I ended up going back into the dealership to speak with a supervisor. I stressed my issues with them and we ended up working out a deal plus they gave me top dollar for my trade.

The service was impeccable and quick! Al was very thorough and advised i should go home and that the service was free to take me home and pick me up. Although i was hesitant to do so, i did and i am glad i did. Stu was amazing! Overall just GREAT!
