Typical dealership. Long wait, a lot of back and forth. Salesman trying to make a commission.

Finally somebody who barely speak English told me that they were going to call me back, so I called the second time and still waiting for the call back

It's literally impossible to get a hold of anyone at the service department I've been waiting for parts for about 2 months.every time I call it takes about two attempts.this seems to be like all the time.

Excellent service on every visit. Special thanks to Jarred Johnson. He has been our service advisor and we appreciate how attentive and communicative he is. He always answers all of our questions and makes us feel welcomed.

I'm actually really disappointed. So I've been taking my car here since I have warranty. When I purchased the car they said car washes would be included when serviced. In the last 3 years that I have taken my car it has never been washed. So this time while paying I got my brakes changed which is like 320$ I asked if they wash your car when serviced. Some rude guy I didn't get his name but he had a beard and was the cashier on Saturday July 30 at 4pm. He stated I had to request one and I was like well thats kinda messed up then another guy said their machine was broken.okay for the last 3 years? He said this isn't Lexus. I said kia does it without requesting Honda does as well. He just said everyone complains and we dont have enough staff to wash every car. My service adviser is great no problems with him but wish someone would just wash my car. That was my last free oil change I probably will never go back for service here.

Have has a rattle in the rear cargo area in our brand new 2022 Rav4 hybrid. It has been in fir service twice for this and still not resolved.

This service division is a scam. It is difficult to contact anyone, and their calls are outsourced to India.

Pros: nice service people and general maintenance was good

Con: severely overbooked time slots. Booked the first appt in the am to get in and out. Got there and waited over 30 min before a service tech was able to assist as there was already over ~30 cars ahead of me. Once they took my car, I had to wait another hour before they even began working on it. Overall repair time was ~25 min and was there almost 2.5hrs.

I have not been able to get the person I made an appointment with a few times now. I am easy going and went with whom ever is available and I was getting a pedicure but she rushed through the whole thing. Part of my toe was not fully painted and I just didn't have a relaxing great experience. Unfortunately I won't be coming back.

I scheduled the oil change appointment using this web site. It was very easy. The service was good and I belive the price was competitive. Good service overall

Great people assisting with your vehicle issues. Bilingual. Great price, too. Now, they're servicing any car brand, so go for it.

I have been using this place for many years now. Expensive but always took care of any issues with my four vehicles.
Currently, some of their service advisors are just plane incompetent.poorly trained I believe.
Avoid weekend appointments.the place is a circus.total waste of time.

Had a great experience with them. They had a good selection of new and used cars and the staff was very nice and gave me space to look around. Bought a camry at a very fair price in December so months later when my fiance was due for an upgrade we went back to look and she ended up driving off with a highlander. Will definitely check them out first next time I need a car

I have been coming here since 2016. Good place. Ask questions and make sure you know what they are doing.

This place is the worst for employees integrity.in sales and service. CANT BELIEVE ANYONE working here.im sorry
