This dealer is not serious, they publish vehicles, they give you an appointment and after waiting at the table they tell you that the vehicle has been sold, my bad service I do not recommend it

My partner is REAL LIFE LIVING THINKING PINK! She got mislead and mistreated by the service advisor handling her vehicle. The worst part of it is that I spoke to all the managers, even the ones that claimed to be a manager and gave incorrect information. Autonation claims to donate and care about people with breast cancer and they just let all these people abuse the situation. I am not sure why we didn't just go somewhere else and buy the car. After everything they didn't deserve our business. As for anyone wondering why I didn't just hire a attorney is because I'm thinking PINK and supporting my partner!

I am very grateful to Mr. Jose Ruiz from the first week that I went alone to see the cars he was very kind recommending specific cars until I decided to go for my car he was very kind and attentive I am very grateful to him.

Bought car from this Toyota in 2019, new 2020.during warrantee period, took car for maintenance every 6 months, and ended up with a dead battery, leaving my husband and I stranded in a parking lot immediately following a full service (where they said battery was perfect on the service report). Had to wait 3 hours for tow truck, then an additional 3 hours next day to get a new battery as service was closing and unable to get car serviced until next day
2 weeks ago, took car in for service again, to realize the next day that there was an oil leak. Initially thought it was just old oil not wiped away, but quickly realized the oil leak progressed to extreme amount. Called service 90 min prior to closing time, and was told that drop off time was over despite still having 90 minutes left prior to the online service closing time. Asked what to do as I’m getting scared to drive the car with big oil leak, but was offered no solution. They told me I can drop my car off and get a rental car, but didn’t answer if the rental would be covered.
Asked if whatever is wrong would be covered, as the oil leak started after servicing, but again was told they didn’t know, and it’s situation dependent.
Made an appointment to bring in car on Tuesday, as I was expected to work on Monday until 7pm, but got off work a bit earlier than expected, so with the worsening oil leak, was thinking maybe they’ll let me a day earlier, but wanted to call to confirm I haven’t passed the drop off time again. Placed on hold with 3rd in line, after 15 min, becoming 1st in line, someone actively picks up and immediately put me back on some other hold line. Minute 20, pleaded through to a person’s voicemail. Called again, asking for manager, transferred to finance manager! (When I clearly stated it was service related!) called back again, got put through to an unknown person who’s voicemail is not even set up. And called one last time (1.5 hours later… because yes waiting this entire time for a call back/ on hold), just to be put through to a different person’s voicemail.
When I’m in the market for a second car in 1-2 years, this place would be the last I’ll choose from!
And returning for service? Maybe if the most senior person in the service department works on my car… and ensures they double check they did everything properly! And it doesn’t cost more than other places to do so.
What a waste of my time! Even when my car has no issues, may end up with another issue after service!
Is this a way to get people to spend more money on parts? Because they will create issues for your totally good car?

I purchased a used vehicle which was cleared from inspection. Idk how they missed the subframe was rusted out and broken off now I have no other car to drive and making payments on a car that is dangerous to drive and have to fix it myself. When I went to buy a used car the first one I tested shut off in the parking lot while running the alternator wasn’t charging the battery so it went dead whoever is inspecting the used cars is not reliable and they are selling lemons.

I AM SO PROUD OF ALL THE MEN IN THE SERVICE CENTER! Very quick and efficient workers. Left very satisfied right down to the young man who retrieved my car.

I have never had my car serviced so quickly. I went in and left before the hour. Even had a little car wash. I don’t think I will go to any other Toyota to get my car serviced in Orlando. Thank you for the great job!

Not very good because I had changed the battery in my car and the mechanic, since the warehouse where the new battery was located was closed, he did not report it and when I went to see what was happening after an hour and 50 minutes the mechanic was talking to one and the other compañero without informing what was happening, it was my turn to inform and that's when they solved it for me. The truth is very bad and even more when after all that the mechanic passes by me with another mechanic laughing at what happened because I claimed the lost time that I had to spend 2 hours because of his negligence
