On the 4th of July I had an issue with car battery, Went to Auto Zone on Pleasant Hill Rd (near Poinciana) and I've been assisted by a super knowledgeable lady called Joanna
She for my surprised was all alone, and handle all the clients with efficiency and respect. I needed her to check my battery but it was difficult as she could not leave the store alone to assist me outside
Finally she had a moment, and was able to help me, tried the battery, that tested bad, searched for the one I wanted, that wasn't in stock, and treated me with a coupon, giving me the possibility of getting a better one. It was like a bomus for the wait I had, and for the fact of not being able to provide me with the product I was looking for,
But the thing I liked the most was her great attitude, professionalism and customer service.

Good stock but politeness to customers could benefit from corporate training. Also not familiar with their own services at times.

Always great service and knowledgable personnel. If they don't have what you're looking for, they'll point you in the right direction and help you the best they can.

My experience at this auto zone location was awesome again because of Matthew. He remembered me and went out of his way to give recommendations for my Hyundai Elantra. He also helped me change my wind shield wipers that haven’t been changed since the car was made. He also told me the importance of changing things on my car safely. 5 star employee, 5 star rating.

I go online to find the store with the part I need and then I can just walk in and get it. Easiest way to find and get what I need for my cars

Daniel G is the man if you have any questions about car related parts or questions! As soon as you walk in the front door he instantly greets you with compassion and a smile! Me and my brother has been shopping there for years and never have we had any complaints or problems! Daniel, I promise is your man if you ever get stuck wondering or looking for a part! We have come here many times and always been helped by Daniel he is extremely knowledgeable and has each time helped us get exactly what we are looking for he makes the process quick and easy we have the option of going to the auto part store much closer to our house but make the choice to come here because we know Daniel will take care of us best of all when I am unable to go and my wife has to go for me he makes sure she has all the right things and knows what she’s looking for he’s awesome!

The sign outside says they will install the car battery free. When I pay for my purchase and asked about installation the rep says, ' you have to wait until we are done with all these people before I can help you'. I thought that was ridiculous because I waited in line to get my purchase done. I think that was poor customer service. Then he is trying to tell me he can't leave the other rep alone. Going forward don't offer services that you are unable to facilitate in a timely manner.

Terrible called up there 3 time was put on hold Everytime n put on hold n hung up on. Went up there in took them 15min to get to me when there was only 2 people n line while there was 3 people up front doing nothing but talking

Super friendly and fast. No more than 10 minutes in and out and the parts I needed were in stick at an excellent price.

Horrible, horrible customer service! They didn’t transfer a part like they said they were going to do and didn’t apologize or offer any solution! The manager is incompetent as well! I didn’t want to even give them 1 star!

Some of the works there have no idea on parts sometime. I mean over they are the closest place to grab a part of needed. Just wish the customer service was a little better.

My check engine turned on, and I took the car there to have the computer checked. It was fast and they did not push me into buying the past that i needed right away, they gave me three part estimate and they were very professional and polite.
