Amazing customer service from Julian and Javier! They offered to help switch my wipers without me even asking! I will be coming back for all of my auto needs.

I had an issue with my battery and warranty confusion. Javier was so nice and helpful when he took care of everything! Additionally, I really appreciated him helping me by offering a cart and carrying the heavy battery when I came in.

If you need a part they don't have in stock in the store # 4961 in Bird Road please, DON'T TRUST THEN WHEN THEY TELL YOU THEY'LL HAVE IT THE NEXT DAY, even if they warrantee you they will. I ended up waiting for the part 1 more day and when I went to pick it up I almost leave with empty hands because of the misinformation and unorganization they have in that store. Not even bother to talk to the manager he will pay no mind to you as a customer. (For our surprise not only they had received the part I had ordered 2 days ago but they received twice)

Didn't accept a return for the floor mats they sold which didn't fit my car, even though it was in completely new condition, and with original packaging and receipt. Will take all of my business to Advance Auto Parts from now on, which has better service, better prices, and is open for one more hour each day anyways.

Always a pretty helpful staff. They make sure you have everything you need for any job and are always going the extra mile to get you the exact parts needed.

Pulled in with a dying car battery and they checked the battery for free, found it was still under warranty, and changed it all for no charge. Very professional and courteous staff

I've been a customer for many years and have been to every autozone in this town. At this autozone they have the LAZIEST employees in the industry starting with the manager. Next time I'll go to a different one where people still work for a living.
