Edwin was so nice and so helpful! He helped me change my battery and check alternator and new battery. He gave me good advice and seemed to care. I always receive excellent customer service from the AutoZone on Waters and Sheldon!

Everyone at this location was awesome! Edwin T.was very helpful, he saw me struggling trying to change my headlight and was able to help me with no questions asked. He made sure my light was connected properly and worked before I drove away. Great staff.

Young lady by the name of Dee went above and beyond to help me find a reverse light bulb for my van when the computer was showing nothing available shore enough she found the correct bulb and it worked very professional and caring. Thank you Dee for your great service and caring.

I had a great experience at this location! My check engine light was on and it turned out to be the mass air flow sensor. The part is usually 170 but the gentlemen who helped me- Victor- advised me to purchase a spray. He actually took everything apart for me, sprayed the sensor, then reset my check engine light. Viola! Everything is in working order thanks to Victor all for the fine price of ten bucks! Much better than 170! Victor truly went above and beyond and should be recognized for his service!

Called and asked if they had something in stock. They said yes. Then when I got there they didn't actually have it. Drove down for nothing, luckily O'Reillys had it.

Great place to go if your a female and need help with car problems like windshield wipers or car batteries, etc if you dont have a significant other. Just keeping it real!

Bright and easily accessible location. Staff has always been super friendly to me here, even when I've been looking for odd-ball solutions to non-car-related projects (i.e. Looking for a winter blend windshield washer fluid to thin latex paint for furniture painting). They always hear me out and make an honest effort to help out. Only dinging a star because to get the very best prices you have to order online, use a coupon, and do in-store pick up. And that gets old over time.

The place is nice, well organized and has a good selection of items. Customer service, however, is lacking. I come here often and I know how it is: What I've seen isn't just a 'fluke'. The people are very nice and helpful, but it's like the store is always short on employees, so a lot of the time you end up waiting for a while, whether it is just checking out, or actually needing a service (like having someone check your battery). The store does offer many services, like checking your battery or reading your OBD codes. The parts I've bought have been good quality, and they once accepted a return no problem. It's a shame that customer service is lacking, because otherwise this store is awesome.

I went in the store to return few parts and Terrence was their at the counter to help me. Although, I did not receive the full price due to discontinuation of the returned Jumper (do not know why?) which I purchased some time ago and not having the receipt I had to accept the reduced refund amount as a store credit. But the on the other 3 smaller items I got the full refund. May be because since it was unopened & unused. But over all experience was satisfactory. Thank you.

AWESOME PLACE! - A mechanic tried to rip me off telling me an alternator and new battery for 99 grand am would cost me close to $600, Dustin who works at autozone replaced by battery got me an alternator and a mechanic to install it all for $250. These employees are smart, honest and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this Autozone!

I have never had better service.the manager went way out after I had a problem with my windshield wipers and he helped so fast and even exchanged them outside when it was lightly raining.keep up the great work

Carlos is the man. Recharged my battery for free and helped solve a brake light issue since apparently the part I needed isn't made. Making this my new parts store for sure.

My starter went bad so went to this place because i live around the corner and the guy sold me a DEFECTIVE part yes it dint work and i had to go to the one on hanley rd to replace it.
