23I would like to comment on my experience in the AutoZone on 27th ave and 12 st Miami store salesman Roberto V was very attentive, courteous and went that extra mile to provide me excellent service. Is very difficult to find valuable and qualified employees and you have him.
Jesus helped us with our faulty battery AND our busted AC.he was so helpful and friendly! Absolutely recommend this locqtion and the staff.
Went to this location and was helped by Dee and he was extremely helpful and attentive. Got all my parts even double checked my "check engine light" I'll definitely be coming back to this location for all my auto parts. Really appreciate it
The people here were so kind in making sure I had what I needed. They referred me to someone to get my car looked at. I’m not from the area. So that gesture alone helped immensely. They also gave me a discount because I was stressing so much about the situation.

Love the service. They help you find the parts and even help installing them. The lady being the counter is so knowledgeable. Being a woman myself, and doing my own minor repairs, I appreciate seeing a woman who knows cars ;)
I order an car mirror for my Toyota Camry in the store. After a week the order never came because the sales guy forgot to charged me. Unprofessional customer service
The service was terrible dealt with two very rude (if you could call them) "gentlemen", I always used to go there, I will NO longer go back, they argued with me, and even touched my debit card, when I specifically asked the older man, NOT to, due to covid-19! Had to wait an extremely long time to get taken care of, was told that I had to wait. (VERY rudely)!

Bad service it seems like they time transaction and they have to get rid of customer fast I felt like a fast food restaurant get what you need and go
Went early in the morning to get a wrench,
I was the only person there. Short blonde lady on the computer needed the other two employees to help print something.
Stood in the front ready to purchase the wrench, asked if I could pay got a blank stare was told I had to wait, while All three are on the Same computer " trying to print ". I left the wrench went to Sears got a Craftsman # 1.

Not bad. Usually a bit slow to checkout. Have had pretty much anything I've needed anytime I've gone there.
The manager is great, but the workers need customer service skills. I love AutoZone but the service is horrible in a few of the Miami locations.
They didn't have a battery starter kit, or even jumper cables. I actually got stuck in the zone.
Great store inventory, staff is friendly, but staff has little to no knowledge of cars, another thing the older staff when you show them a part and ask for help they tend to point you to the Lane where it's located and tell you that if it is in there they don't have it in order to avoid actually looking for it that's what really turns me down
