Jose Cotto and Mary provided great customer service skills by going above and beyond to fix my key issue. They were very welcoming and are the type of people that deserve to run their own stores.

Quickly found what I wanted but then I waited in line fooreeever to check out. I understand someone was at lunch and a man was returning brakes or something that they finally figured out how to take back, but I was a little upset that the man who appeared to be the Mgr sat behind his computer and did nothing (Not even greet the Customers) and let us wait for the 2 busy Associates to check us out.

I went here looking for a coil pack and they were out of stock but Jose really tried to move mountains and get one from other stores so I can get my car going and get home. Words can’t explain how appreciative I am of his professionalism and genuine care for my problem.

I bought a length of hose to bring back to a man whose car stopped working. He was most appreciative and I am appreciative of the help I got at AutoZone.

Jose C.is professional, kind, knowledgeable, friendly and eager to help. Mikey O installed my battery in a few minutes and he is always eager to help, friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend this Autozone which has by far the best customer service, a great rewards program and discounts.

DISAPPOINTING! Bright, clean store. We bought 9 items but 1 (a water hose sprayer) was broken and another was simply the wrong part all together in the box and we had to go to a 2nd store to pick it up and a 3rd store to return/exchange for the correct part.

Great experience with battery replacement. Charles helped me out by first testing the battery and replacing. Definitely come back next time I need help with a dead battery!

Needed a headlight bulb changed. I bought it there. Charles (manager) installed and I was on my way in about 15 mins. Great service! Thanks Charles!

Charles was very helpful. He quickly tested my car battery, determined it was bad, and replaced it. I was in and out in 10 minutes, great service.

Lazy employees.called and manager Delrico griffin too lazy to check his computer if they have a part.when i went in, Kenneth H. Delrico griffin refused to check my battery while the store was empty. Manager delrico griffin cared less and was unhelpful with some attitude.worst customer service experienced at an autozone.if you don't like your jobs, go else where! Stupid, I feel bad for them.miserable life.

Ignorant employee who felt it necessary to call my husband a "cracker". Racism is still alive folks. Don't waste ur time going here, they will sell u the wrong parts to waste your time, and the minimum wage employees feel it necessary to treat customers with such disrespect. I will NEVER do business with Autozone again.

I don't normally go to this store, but I can't say I'm disappointed with the service or price. My regular parts store was actually more expensive than this place. They grabbed my parts and had me on my way out in a matter of minutes. And exchanges are hassle free.

Not a huge auto parts store with everything imaginable, but everything you would expect is here. The staff is usually very helpful if you ask. The layout is decent and as you would expect they have or can order most parts.
