AutoZone, Hollywood FL

I have shoped at this store at least 10 times in the last year, but today will be my last visit. I have noticed this store is way understaffed. And the people there look at you but will not wait on you. I am not going to go and stay in 10 minutes to have nobody even wait on me. The customer service here is zero

I call and ask for a parts they say yes we have it drive all the way to the store, now they telling me they don't have it, a bunch a fool's

The people that work there are awesone. It's just that they are under staffed and the waiting time to get help is very long. I hope they get more people hired.

Counter help was minimal knowledge at best. Asked for a screwdriver pick set and the guy shows me a tire gauge.

Great Place they connected the small machine to my Truck and it told me what was wrong with it.

Unbelievable service.stood in line for what felt like 10 minutes to buy two items. When I finally got rung up, the employee scanned one item, spoke a few words to another employee and the two of them walked into the back. The gentleman that was behind me in line was rung up and paid for his item at another register at which point I decided it wasn't worth my time and left the half finished transaction with the items on the counter and left.

she is really nice she even put my battery to help me out she make my day I definitely go back for if I have any help this Autozone.

Love this place! Good service, fast and kind. I ordered a part and it was there exactly the day they told me and was the right one! Really good experience!
