23 I completely forgot to ask the name of the gentleman who helped me with my battery, I knew nothing about my car apart from needing a battery.it's super hot outside he came to check turbo or not and a bunch of other car lingo I didn't really understand.he did however share his love of cars and had a pretty sweet ride in the lot.he swapped my battery out made sure everything was nice and tight and before leaving he had me start the car and turn off to restart to make sure everything was good to go, I will definitely make the drive from millenia area to this location for future purchases

Worst service ever! I went to go get a few things I needed and the person on the cash register was just talking up a storm on the phone then when he went to go get a manager the manager was in the back gossiping with another lady! It seems like nowadays no one wants to work everyone just wants to act like the workplace is a playground I thought customers came first? This was June 11th like around 6 p.m. I will hope someone will look at the cameras and see exactly the kind of service they gave me around this time! SAD!
Manager at one store gave false info on a part. Dude was useless. Went do another store. Very helpful. 5 stars only because the part was a perfect fit. Other than that the young manager at the store by aldi. Is useless. And needs to be trained.

The service is great and you can find what you need or they order anything and you pick it up later. The only problem is that they have a high volume of customers and they are always short handed, making the waiting to long. Other than this you will have a nice experience visiting this store.
This place rocks! I had gone there last year to get my battery. They installed it and everything. I went back recently because my battery light came on. I went and was attended to quickly. The gentleman, Eddie, helped me. He checked the battery and said yes the charge was low. When we went inside I was expecting a small warranty credit since I bought it last year and I would pay the difference. Instead I qualified for a Free Replacement! What! I was so grateful and excited I almost cried. Finances have been tight so I appreciate this program for loyal customers. Again Autozone you Rock! Eddie you rock! Please ask for him when you go in. He is bilingual too which is awesome! I will definitely be coming back here for my car care needs!

Amazing customer service, above and beyond satisfied with the customer service given to me by the staff.
Hispanic lady working there was very unfriendly and has a big attitude problem, most times I visit no one ever wants to help so not the first time. I much prefer advanced auto a couple miles down the road.
The lady helped me, forgot her name but she was real cool and patience. Ask me questions I didn't know so she took her time to get the answers and served with a smile. Clean and professional place.
I wish I could remember the guys name who helped me but he took time to help find a better value batterie and really helped out when he could see I was stressed.
Staff was not much help didn't know their parts. Could find anything that, the computer said was there. 25 minutes for 1 ft of hose. It took me that long to convince the guy to sell me it.
You order online, get the discount, and pick up in store in a few minutes. They are very helpful.
