Very pleasant experience, Sary helped me out. I would give 10 stars if I can. I needed a fuel pump for my car that was on national backorder, and she had it for me in one 24 hours.

Awsome service! I went to change my wipers and to get my battery checked at the store 1268. I was helped by Edgar very fast it was comforting to see that he knew what he was doing. Great jod guys!

This Autozone location is amazing Jose and Rey went above and beyond to help install my battery, they are very knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this location for any car trouble!

The store is organized and everything is easy to find in the shelves. Customer service is excellent in terms of assistance but the waiting time sometimes is too long. The store always have good manager specials for oil and filter. Plenty of parking available, tool rental and assistance using them.

This outfit worst than Pep Boys should change their name to "Clueless in Miami"
Can blame IHCAN for this one they just did it to themselves. What ever happen to real auto parts all these new big auto parts retailers have a Wall Mart mentality they just hire the first idiot they can find for $9.00 an hour that haves zero clue as to what are car parts. If is not in the e-cat they just tell you don't have it meanwhile you go to the shelf and you find that they do have it.

Costumer service doesn't exist. A lot of young people working without experience in the mechanical field. And you will not be treat as a costumer. Don't know what happen to the wonderful staff of the store.

Staff is frindly and always there to help I live around the area and this is my go to Auto parts

This is the worst service I've ever seen: don't honor warranties, employees, especially manager make own rules, and never help you out quickly. Expect to be here at least one hour to get your parts. I'd give this no stars if it was possible. Avoid at all costs!
