As a loyal customer I never consider any other place but the AutoZone friendly courteous you just know they're doing the best for you it's the only place I go when I have a question about my vehicle or questions and how to keep it at its best.

I normally don't go to this one, but every time I have, they really help me and other customers out alot. I once showed up 30 minutes too early on a Sunday because I desperately needed a part for my car. The manager saw me and said that the computer won't ring up any purchases until they open, but he took me inside to look up the part, price & nearest location that had it in stock.

Needed a new battery for my pick up, Dave was super helpful and the installation took maybe 5 mins!

I have gone to this store before and the customer service has been horrible. I went there recently and had the pleasure to deal with Ryan. He got me the right brakes after the manager gave me the wrong ones. The manager started to catch an attitude with me, when it was his fault. Ryan intervened and got me the right part. I will always come back to this AutoZone as long as Ryan is the one that helps me. Thanks again.

On vacation and needed to drive back to AZ. Headlight went put. Shelly U. (a woman) was very helpful! She not only sold me a replacement, but installed them. Really appreciated the help.no sales pitch.no pushy sales person. Really helps people trust your business.

Terrible customer service.
They have a tendency to lie over the phone, so don't call for anything, because once you walk in there is going to be another story or BS you are gonna have to put up with, just choose another auto parts store and save yourself the bad experience.

Seemed like only one employee there was actually doing anything. The rest were just goofing off. Waited in line at checkout for a LONG time and eventually left my items on the counter and left. Store really needs to review their personal roster.

I go there very often many of them know me by face even tho I always turn down help finding things lol I grew up in this store from when it was first build going there with my grand father

Louis was extremely happy to help test our battery in the car and changed it out with a smile while carrying on conversation with witty banter! Cody was also very helpful when we inquired regarding another issue we had with a noise under the hood! Will be my new neighborhood parts store!

Everyone was looking around with idk what to do look. They never have anything I need. Today went for some self locking nuts. 12x1.25 mm. Nothing! I had more serious parts to buy (ie brake rotors) but if they didn't have nuts, why buy big ticket items?

Everytime i go there I take 30 mins to get out or longer. I don't blame them i blame the type of customers that be in there man, like they there casually like they got all day.
