AutoZone, Holiday FL

Been here over three times, each time they go above and beyond to help me out, make sure no future incidents can't occure. Good people work here

The auto parts employees are always very helpful and professional. They're always open early also and it's very convenient. Employees are a valuable source of information concerning automotive parts and accessories. Also want to add that the manager at this location honor their warranty on a battery that my brother had purchased recently and my brother passed away July 21st I went to AutoZone and Manny took care of everything. Also I could not get over how respectful he was toward me. AutoZone will be the place for all my automotive needs in the future. Can not thank you guys enough

We were very disappointed when we arrived at 11: 45am to find the manager inside the store wearing her mask above her eyebrows, not covering her mouth and nose as she talked with a customer. It was even more concerning to see her turn away a customer (a local business owner at that) who had not yet been able to get a mask. The news announced YESTERDAY that the mask order was going into effect tonight. Not this morning. Considering the employees are not even practicing the protocols correctly it was wrong of them to turn away a customer like that. Also at 11: 47 there were employees outside the establishment helping customers with oil, they were not social distancing and not using masks. Practice what you preach, do only the customers have to wear masks in AutoZone of Holiday?

Locked the door 5 min befor 9pm. They close at 9pm. The bad part is I got laughed at as I was walking up and the door was being locked.

Good inexpensive f you find it cheaper let them know they will match or beat it. I bought wires and plugs for 55.00 and they where asking 89.00

Very eager to assist customers, and if client doubts @ parts we are looking, he even goes the extra mile.

The people were friendly but everything is over priced we for cleaning stuff for the car but ended up returning it because we got the same 2 things at dollar General and it was almost 9 dollars cheaper

Buy an oil filter, five gallons of synthetic motor oil, a funnel and mechanics towels $45

Buy a single 15mm steel wrench $45

Prices don’t make no damn sense but the guys are nice.

Just left the store with my husband. It was hot as balls in there but these guys are awesome! Thanks again

Great store my only problem is when I drive up with a company vehicle wearing company clothes and my boss can't buy a battery for my company van over the phone with a company credit card that seems Dumb

Best staff in the world, even when it's busy they make you feel like the only person in the store. Even with part stores closer to me I drive out here because they all know what they are doing.

The place is great but this site sucks. To me it's basically a virus. It keeps sending me message after message after message after message after message after message after message after message. Do you get the idea. It would not stop until I answered this. This site sucks. I do not want any more messages.

Good local store. Manager Sin took care of everything I needed. Always have everything in stock and the staff for the most part are nice.

Erick is very knowledgeable and helpful! The other staff members there are great too. This store is the best!
