Store was clean, the ac works and the employees wear there uniform. Thats about it. If they could get the average customer wait time under 30 minutes itd be a miracle. Bring a chair and a drink. Watch a movie on your phone while your in line and look at people looking at computers while the line grows longer and people walk in yell "aww naww" and leave just as fast.

Really great store. The guys that work here are very helpful. More than once they have helped this damsel in distress. They can check you car with their little computer and also install lights and batteries etc. I like this Autozone.

I came to the right place when I needed to change my battery. We were due for a change since our battery is old and we really don't know how old it really is since we bought it used. I had to jump it twice this year and it was recommended to me that it was time to change it. We stopped here at Auto zone and I had a coupon off I could use since I had sign up to receive promotional coupon I could use. We went in there and greeted by Mr Byron. He was very friendly and helpful and was also happy to install the battery himself. I didn't mind since I also knew how to install it. But he insisted. He was also knowledgeable in all the things my wife had questions about all that pertains to automotive. I will come back again and buy all my automotive needs here.

10/28/2019-Kudos to Linda who took GREAT care of me this morning! I was having car battery issues and she took care of me in less than twenty minutes. I had gone elsewhere that morning (a local competitor) and the person must have been new because she wasn't sure what she was doing. The total opposite w/Linda! She diagnosed the issue and had a new battery installed in minutes. She also has a FANTASTIC personality! Thank you Linda! Auto Zone should be VERY proud to have her working for them!

Great place to buy parts. They will match a price if you find cheaper. They also let me take tools outside to see if it fit on my car before I paid for. That's helping someone out. Thanks guys.

Always always always get great service here. I never use any other auto part store. Last time I did was because auto zone didn't have the part I needed and at the other auto part store they acted like I was an inconvenience to them. Unbelievable! Love auto zone and their staff!

Went in to get a "gas cap" guy helping was in my opinion trying to put me down. I guess he doesn't understand that some women know their way around under the hood of a car. I will not go back to this store, I'll go to the one off 9 mile.

They are always very helpful and quick to help. Love the staff and friendliness at this location. They usually have the parts you need, all you have to do is check online to make sure. They have parts you can borrow and prices are fairly decent.

I just want to shout out Allen (I believe) who helped me! I came in needing new headlights, and I had no idea how to replace them and he did it for me. It took longer than he expected but he didn’t stop till it is done and I really appreciate that. I would’ve tipped him if I could’ve. Thank you so much!

I was in from out of state and pulled in really quick for them to test out my Check Engine Light. The guy was really nice and helped me out. He told me what the issue was and even price checked items for me. The location was off the major road and easy to get in and out of.

Great service as long as you don't let the women wait on you she will give you the wrong part almost every time. Even when you take the old part in. And when you tell her it's the wrong part with both new and old laying side by side she will argue about it.

They were so quick and helpful in helping me figure out what my check engine light was all about for free and printed what the codes meant while also printing the part prices. The gentleman also offered recommendations on what i should do in terms of replacing the other to save on labor costs. I'd highly recommend this location. Thank you so much for your kind help. Always receive quality service here. The staff, on several occasions has talked through my issue or project with me and laid out the cost for each option so I can make the best choice for my budget.

Knowledgeable, friendly & courteous staff Makes shopping here pleasant, not intimidating, nice experience. Even helped me out by explaining EXACTLY how to use the item I purchased. Now THAT'S service!

The manager Linda needs to work on customer skills. I don't know why when I ask you how you are doing why you blankly stare at me. Not to mention Linda was rude when I was trying to talk to her about getting a diagnostic test on my car which I thought was a normal thing. I took my car and went elsewhere.

Luckily I don't have to visit often to get autoparts, but they had what I needed in stock and I was surprised they carried the part at a good price. I was served very quickly, accurately and was on my way in a few minutes.
