Great team and are always to the rescue whenever my engine light comes on. Truly thankful they are open 24hrs. They even have a service dog there at night
Montel and the Crew at this location was very Helpful, They were able to assist me with an over the phone purchase and install my battery, I enjoyed myself while waiting and chatting. These are amazing and very very helpful people they turned my stressful day around totally with the assistance they provided me with today. Montel is also a great leader for his Team, I noticed!

Called twice before I called oriely which are next to them.guy answers (sounds like he’s outside) me: can i get prices on 2018 Charger oil filter. Him: puts me on hold 10 min. 2nd call. Other answers. Me: same question.them: hangs up on me. This store has no good customer service. Guess I’m going to orielys
Glad to see how service has changed for good. The manager, the guys and that latina girl are working their b.to get fast a good service. I gave this place 1 and 2 stars a few years back.
Jefferson helped me today with my side view mirror and completely turned my day around. I went to a dealership and they were going to charge me over $500 and Jefferson helped me far more than the dealership ever could have. Great customer service, knew exactly what happened, and he offered advice for what to do for the future. Truly enjoyed my experience there
My car was recently caked with lovebugs after traveling the turnpike. Paul was very helpful giving me some tips and showing me what I needed. Great customer service.
Very large store with a lot of selections. Open 24/7 to meet all your automotive needs when you need it. Everyone working there were very courteous and helpful. I was in and out with just what I needed within minutes at reasonable prices.
Understaffed always. Usually have what I need and prices are fair but I prefer ordering parts online. Much cheaper and no hassle.
Warrantee policies is what keeps me coming back for the expansive parts.
AutoZones always got some good stuff I don't go there for one thing for cleaning the PC it's a special cleaner to use I have to use on PC
Had to replace the battery on a friend's truck on our way home and they had it in stock at 10pm. Would be perfect but the system was down.
If I could give no stars I would. I’ve managed rose auto parts when they were open as well as worked for distributing and Managed other companies. Lets start with won’t they don’t tell you, 10pm nightly it’s shift change, they lower their bank count which is understandable considering the time of night and the area, I get BUT PUT A SIGN UP! MAKE PEOPLE AWARE OR ITS AT LEAST A HOUR WAIT AND NOTHING BUT ATTITUDE AND TENSION FROM THE EMPLOYEES AND SOME CUSTOMERS, make your customers aware it’s thst simple wether it be signs on the door, when customers actually get a rep to answer the phone tell the customer st 10pm we shift. Hangs for the night, a once waited 2 hours to buy a part! Secondly I’ve already said it but I need to stress the customer service there is pure trash, I’ve dealt with them because I’m forced to as they have my parts for my classics I restore however not only have I had to wait more than a hour for their shift changes on a part I called in “and they pulled” 5 hours previously that I’d be there after work it wasn’t pulled, or didn’t have the part, this is the Status quo at this location, there is no nice way to say this, no one takes their job seriously or gives a d*mn.
Literally today was my 11th experience with them not doing their jobs, it doesn’t take 3 people to answer 1 call at 9pm. Everyone is laughing and joking eating, rough housing basically anything other than doing there job. I typically don’t write reviews however they had be 30 minutes late for work on a part that was supposed to be pulled @3pm yet when I’m there people walk in yelling and because they are making a scene everyone runs to them as I’m waiting in line for 30+ minutes and my part isn’t pulled, seriously someone please see this and get you act together. Just because you don’t care about the job and everyone attitude is horrible & don’t take your job seriously doesn’t mean other people don’t have serious things to get done or handle. Again please tighten up.
I’ve watched employee throw a part at a customer because he was frustrated, I’ve watched a loud obnoxious women come in yelling about needing her battery tested and mind you including myself there are 4-5 customers that have been waiting for help for at least 30 minutes and it’s dead in the store and 2 of the 4 staff run out to test her battery, last I checked you don’t need 2 people to use the diagnostic machine. I now just order my parts through summit or jeggs unless I find it locally just not that autozone ever again, I have been treated so poorly their and I’m a pretty passive patient individual, again the problem is no one cares, I’m self employed of 2 businesses both are major operations one is one of the biggest establishments in orlando and one thing I’ve learned is your customers are everything. If it were me (which it’s not) BUT, I would seriously think about restarting that whole location with people who want to work there are a lot of people unemployed that would live a job, if these guys can’t handle their EASY job, again I’ve ran rose auto parts & advanced auto, it’s not difficult. The worst day maybe is truck day and that’s still easy, you just have to balance your customers and taking care of getting stock on the floor. Bottom line the actions of the people here is plain unacceptable and inappropriate at times, but because of the location and I’m sure they have to deal with stuff.they have that attitude 24/7. I def will also be calling corporate with names. This last visit was complete nonsense.
I called to confirm store hours and the guy was rude and sarcastic. Didn't waste my time going there, if you're a rude person on the phone I'm sure you are much worse in person. Awesome first impression (theres my sarcasm). I went to auto advance were the staff was professional.
I come here pretty often and am stuck dealing with the same jerk. Short with people and just plain rude. I’m a car guy and I know What I’m asking for but he always finds a way to be rude. Black guy in a grey manager shirt at night. He needs some serious training because if you don’t like people you’re in the wrong business. Never had an issue with anyone else there but I just Come to expect bad service from him. The only reason I go here is because of the 24 hours. But from now on I’ll just wait til he morning and go to my local autozone.
Stopped in for new wipers. Unexpectedly, the manager double checked to ensure proper fit. I absolutely appreciated that effort because the ones the computer said we're right, were wrong. She quickly got the correct blades and installed them with a smile. Great customer service!
