AMAZING! Pedro, specifically, was super awesome at helping me check my car battery and then replaced a new one and everything for me all within 15 minutes at the 3245 Florida Ave S, Lakeland, FL AutoZone. He has superb customer service and I was very impressed. Highly recommend.

Went to store for battery. First person I encountered was very helpful explained everything so I could understand what was going on and that was needed. That person had to go to lunch. He told me someone else would install the battery. I don't know if the other gentleman was having a bad day or what but he first told me to move the car because it was raining. It was not rain it had been raining but wasn't when he exited the store walked to car shook his head as if he really didn't want to change the battery. I knew there was a lot that needed to be done. I would have rather he just told me that instead of appearing to not want to do. I offered to just take the battery and let my son in law install it.

They had a golf cart light bulb for my Club car. They didn't know that they had it till I told them it was shown on line. They were very helpful and laughed about not knowing they had one. Will go back again as the need arises.

We had excellent service. Got the parts we needed and we had great service. The manger and the employees were a great help. I will let everyone I know to use this store for all their auto needs.

My car battery died so after calling around I came here, both because the price and the professional service over the phone. When I got to the store, Julio actually remembered what was my car's year, make and model! Another employee, Junior, installed my battery and was just as courteous and professional. Both gentlemen were the prime example of great customer service. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. I definately recommend this place!

Fast and friendly service, great prices. Beth was fantastic changing out the battery in my Renegade, which is not an easy task. Customer Service=AMAZING.

Garry C.took my call at 7: 31am this morning and answered all my questions regarding a new battery. He walked me through the process and, by 8am, I had a new battery for my car. It was so easy and he was especially kind and understanding. AutoZone at 3245 Florida Avenue in Lakeland will always have my business. I am so grateful for their kindness and patience. I will go to them for all of my car needs.

I arrived as soon as they opened and Amber G was ready to help. I needed coolant for my radiator but had no idea what exactly I needed or how to do it safely. Amber walked me through every step patiently and with a smile. She even patiently helped two other customers who did not speak very good English while she was working with me. Her multitasking and customer service skills are to be commended. AND my car isn’t overheating any more thanks to Amber. Thank you so much!

As with what seems to be the norm for auto zones.you show up before the stores closing time to find the doors locked. And when they show up to the door and you clearly show them the time there excuse is everything is closed down yet it's still 3-5 minutes before closing time. Had the doors been open it would be more like 7 minutes.

Man I am so happy with the guys at this Auto Zone in Lakeland. I was dead in the water with a battery and without hesitation 2 guys jumped in to help change out everything. I know this is something a lot of places do, but never like this with such good service.

An 2005 Mercedes SL500 is sometimes hard to figure out. The front starter battery was new. (Thanksgiving Weekend) and it wasn't charging. Taking it back to Mercedes.

Julio S.saved me a HUGE amount of trouble today and I learned something new. Had a “random” hyperblink on a turn signal with a resistor already hooked up. All other exterior lights were not out and working fine. Told Julio S about some corrosion Build up On the positive + Terminal or a newer top line battery. Asked if I had a battery blanket, Yes, came with the truck. Battery had a corrosive build up that was loosening the positive terminal upon removal. Battery was still under warranty and after replaced no more hyperblink. FYI Julio told me about the blanket when used with a dry wet battery in a hotter humid state is how this happens. Thank you Autozone and thank you Julio

Came here cause I had no break lights after buying LEDs. Julio really helped me out with everything I needed to get done. Gave me advice and went out of his way to help me good. That dude deserve a beer! Thank you for you help

Been disappointed for the second time in as many trips to this location.
On both occasions item was shown to be in stock on the website but employee could not find it in the computer so reported not in stock.

Best auto place in Lakeland! Julio Alvarado was very helpful with changing my head lights and very experienced! Great customer service! I will be back!

They had what I needed and always willing to help you out and give you the correct information you need not like some other Auto parts stores I've dealt with in the past and they have a great attitude about it

Can not say enough good words about the General manager John Adams or the manager Wayne at the Mulberry location. These guys handle problems with the upmost professionalism, and seriously care only about customer service. Will not go anywhere but Autozone for my car care needs. Such a refreshing feeling to know there are still good people running these companies!

Amazing service! We needed a new battery and Juan was an expert on exactly what we needed. When we pulled up, he held the door open and took care of everything we needed. I would not go anywhere else.
