Great group of guys who will help out with anything. Needed a battery tested. Said it was fully charged but a bad battery. Wanted to wait a month because of finances but went outside to leave and it wouldn't start. Got the battery immediately, installed it all with a friendly attitude and smile on their face. Great store, highly recommend for any car part needs

Good place but definitely John D.rudest manager off all time dude seems like he hates his job can’t even ask him a question without him being all moody definitely not coming back 1210 store in Bradenton, Florida

I just bought a car plate holder and had some trouble installing it, Jeff came out of the store and helped me to install it on my car. Way to go Jeff! Thanks you soooo much!

They say they will change your battery right there. Untrue and denied. Their excuse is it would take too long. Advanced Auto installed the battery in 5 min. They say the staff is friendly and willing to help. Untrue. If you go 5 min up the road, Advanced Auto has better stock and at half the price. I purchased a battery for 125 where AutoZone wanted 280 and Advanced Auto gave a 3 year warranty. Moral of my experience is; go to Advance Auto where the staff is friendly and prices are under half price compared to AutoZone.

The worst customer service I've ever had at a parts. I don't have a commercial account with them because I don't do business with them.long story short I got the pump and ended up having to return it because it was the wrong one.and I lost the receipt.would you go return it and they were trying to make it out as I stole the pumps.and would not put any effort forward

Very distracted sales associate on 57th st that people were out of line and were attended before others that were waiting before in line.sales guys had phones on hold over an 1/2 hour and never picked up.auto zone on 1st Bradenton are faster and way more professional

Clearly they are understaffed. Only saw one staff member at the cash register. No one available on the floor to ask a question. If you select an item or two for purchase, the checkout line was long and slow. Left and
went to a competitor.

Extremely unfriendly manager who had a bad attitude from the moment I arrived till the time I left. I purchased battery for my car and requested it to be put in. After he replaced my battery he simply left my hood up and took off. I waited for a few minutes then I went inside to ask if he was done and he was walking towards the back of the store so he answered “yes I’m done”. Really? Could’ve told me he was done but instead he left me outside wandering. Doesn’t he value his customers? I wander why there were no clients in the store while he behaved like a busy person who didn’t want to be bothered. Don’t spend your dollar in this location, avoid it! I spent almost $200 at this location today. If I was the owner I would’ve at least retrain this manager, but if not just get another one because this one manager clearly does not care for the business! If the Owner cannot do anything about their manager neither can I.

The manager John is rude to customers and he doesn't properly train the employees and he doesn't take the time to make sure the customers have all of there need for the vehicles

I always have to wait a longer time than others that are recently coming inside the store. Then I had to wait longer than the time they told me to wait.

Firstly their bathroom had no soap to wash hands. Secondly when asked if they sell wheels they flatly said no. Then I came back and showed it was online, then they was like yeah online. Why wasn't it offer that is was only online instead of flatly saying no?

Not good customer service today. Guy was acting like we were interrupting him when trying to test our battery. Wouldn't let me fully state what was going on with car before interrupting us. Battery died, he told us to jump it and leave it running for 10min. And then after that we were waiting in store and he asked if we needed help with something.like he forgot who we were. He saw us still waiting but did not address us. Didnt say anything, felt like he was wishing for us to leave? I dunno super weird. So car dies again, jumped it and we left to advanced auto parts. Just felt helpless in the store.

Asked associate if Autozone sells wheels and he said, "No. " While still in store I searched the online site and found that Autozine "does" carry wheels. When I confronted the same associate about what I found he said, "Oh yeah, we do have them online. " Why didn't he inform me of this when I asked I wonder? Also wife said restroom had no soap to wash your hands and wasn't clean.

Our battery was having issues we went to several Different places and no one was helpful till we got here and got a man by the name of Christopher k I believe. The best and most helpful customer service I have received in a long time.

Tried to drop off waste oil and pick up a few items. Team member acted like he was too busy and tried to find someone to help me. I told him if they were busy I could dump it if could tell me where. He told me " you're not allowed to dump it, that's the whole point. " Walked out and won't be back.
