Called the shop needing car refrigerant and Joseph answered and was SUPER helpful! We went to the store and he showed us how to fix it and we cant appreciate enough on how great he was with us. Donna at 1810 13th was awesome! I called to make sure they had my battery as I had just had to get car jumped. She replaced my battery for me and had me in and out in no time, very friendly and efficient, thanks again!

Well is a woman in this store in saint cloud store # 2415, her name is Donna, she have the most excellent customer service when I went inside don't know what kind of oil to put in my car, she approach to me and told me what can I help you, she knows everything, I was so happy whent I get off from the store she should be the manager people like that deserves good rise thank you Donna

Awesome place! I messed up and when they were about to close and the gentleman was very understanding after buy his things after shift helped me. Just to see if there was a price difference and was. So the gentleman got the material together to get my order fixed.

This place is very professional and courteous
with guest. I would just like to say thank you to Hector and Tyron for helping my daughter and I yesterday with our car. They gave me helpful tips and advice on the issue reguarding our car. I was surprised by the way they are so willing to help guest with any issue and point them in the right direction with parts that are needed. I was even taught alot about my car that I didnt know a thing about as I am used to driving Ford not Nissan. I will always be glad to send anyone to this location for help and continue coming to this place for any service. Thank you so much guys.

The people at autozone were the nicest people I’ve met, beyond helpful. Stopped in for battery issues and talked to Donna, Hector and there local friendly mechanic Dale. Donna and Hector helped find all the pieces for my battery issues and Dale was kind enough to put them on for me. Great costumer experience without their help I wouldn’t of been able to make it home to west palm beach.

I'm handicapped and when I got there, I called the store to get some help. The employee was extremely helpful and patient.

Very convenient location, right next to Winn Dixie in East St. Cloud, Fl area. Store is brand new. Friendly & helpful staff. Will trade here more often.

I wish I could give it -5. I've been here 17 years and it's the worst store I've ever been in in any state.the bad part is when you go in you got five to eight people in line one guy helping them and you can hear two or three people talking in the aisles that work there. I'd rather go somewhere else even if it cost more

The wait time is always 5 to 10 minutes at this store no matter what and prices are comparatively expensive.

Food is okay, service is a bit slow, when the waiter was helping me, she thought it was a loose part causin the noise, but it was really a clogged exhaust.
