Not so good workers there's one guy that's good and tries to find things and help alot but others way off I looked at battery letter and number on tip they a guy asked me it was made now look on side date sticker that has nothing to do with things I delivered for interstate battery that sticker means nothing if the top is stopped A21 that's January 2021 not Oct don't tell a guy that knows that's OK people know more than them I like napa better

Excellent customer service! I needed a new battery for my car and staff was able to quickly search and find me one. Michael was very knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciated him helping me quickly change out the battery so I can drive safe.

Great experience! My car battery was shot and I needed an emergency one. Michael and Mark were very helpful with picking out a new one and installed it for me. Prompt service too. 12/10

Stopped at my local auto zone to check my battery. Not only was it not holding a charge, it wouldn’t start in the parking lot. The store manager, Mike was quick to assist me. He stood in the hot sun and changed the battery, making sure I could get safely back on the road. A huge thank you to Mike and the crew at Auto Zone in Loxahatchee. You guys are the best

Michael.l was a an angel sent from heaven this morning I’m a working mom of two with two jobs and my truck would not start on my way to take my youngest to work and I accidentally got it started took my son and came straight to auto zone to see what the problem was and all Michael had to do was be patient with the mess I was and change the bolt on my battery and my truck was good as new ️ THANK YOU

Moms is 79yro and her car battery was dead. Ran her up to autozone. Eddie was amazing. He checked our battery and her alternator. Helped us find the rt battery w warranty. Wouldn't let her over pay. Came out changed everything.w awesome costumer service. So refreshing to have someone that was nice, helpful and didn't tey to rip us off.being that we r female and my mother is elderly. Highly recommend going to this location in the LOX. Ask for Eddie hes amazing

I was working on a customer vehicle and misplaced my purchase receipt, went back to store to get a copy, one salesman told me to call the reward customer care the phone connection was horrible I call from 3 different phone.
Went back to the store and spoke to MICHAEL and he was able to research my purchase and print out my receipt.
