I knew my battery was failing and only had a small window of time to figure it out. I swung by the Ft Myers off S Tamiami Trail to see if they could swap it out. Met Jaime who came out to my Tahoe and ran a test on the charging system as well as the battery. Sure enough the battery was going bad. I asked how long it would take to replace one and he said 20 minutes. Sure enough he had it all done wrote that and at a reasonable price. Jaime was very professional and enjoyable to work with. I’ve always had great experiences with AutoZone and this was no different.

We have had our car battery replaced and our key fob batteries replaced at this location. The manager, William, and the associates were very attentive. Store was clean, service was quick, and prices were fair. Very happy with the experience!

Will was very informative and has a great attitude. We need more people like him in this country.

Needed to replace a battery - the associate “KK” was great! I didn’t know the battery was under warranty and she took the time and effort to look everything up!

Ramon helped me change my headlight after struggling with it for a while! He replaced it with a bulb from Autozone and now it’s good as new! Service here is amazing and they go above and beyond!

I came into Auto Zone knowing what I needed which were wiper blades but wasn't sure of the specifics, but as soon as I walked in, Karen greeted me with her warm smile & did her magic on the computer & she helped me along every step of the way from the aisle, to her personal recommendations to help.me choose what was best for my situation, to even helping me inserting the blades. She was very kind, genuine, educational, & patient. Im completely taken aback by the experience & lastly would like to say how lovely Karen is as a person. It was just great experience to be helped by her. God bless you Karen thx again!

Have been going here for years then the Hispanic lady with pink hair wants to accuse me of stealing then when proven innocent wants to curse at me say things about my girlfriend kick me out and accuse me of stealing before

Ramon provided excellent customer service. When I called, even though AutoZone at this location did not have in stock the own I needed, Ramon did not just say they didn't have it. Instead, he offered a solution by telling me which location I could go to that has it in stock. I also needed him to check to see if he could change my air filter for me. Ramon had the skills needed to assess. He then called the other store, had them pull the item so I wouldn't have to wait. Finally, Ramon offered to install the filter if they weren't able to do it. Thank you for making my day much better!

Went in to get a new battery for my car after it wouldn't start easily this morning. Luis had me in and out of there in a breeze. He even went over the top and changed my battery there at the store before I left.

Well when a walked in it was very clean! Pretty big store. Autozone is very well known, and have alot of parts for almost all kinds and makes of cars. If they cannot get it they will recommend where to go shop for it. Never had a problem with them. Staff is great!

I have been to this store twice since it has opened. Nothing but professional staff and ready to help! I recently had to change out my brake light, blinker light and windshield wipers. Ramon was able to install all 3 items right in the parking lot and Luis was very helpful in the Store. Very nice to see a place we have needed in Estero starting out with great customer service!

Beautiful new store! Greeted as soon as I walked in. They expediently found what I was looking for, a rear wiper blade and installed it. They were polite and incredibly nice. Will go there for all of my auto needs.

Just wanted to let you guys know that Heron went above and beyond to help us fix a radiator, fan and water pump. He was very knowledgeable and if it wasn’t for him we would’ve never been able to do what we did. So wanted to acknowledge him for everything he did.
