These guys ok, need more employees, so you can get more assistance on the sales floor. All in all decent store.

Traveling alone, in the heat with two little dogs. I had to ask strangers twice for a jump. I got directions to this auto zone and a polite, professional young man named Noah got me fixed up quick and back on the road. He deserves a big ol pat on the back

When in there get a motorcycle battery. Came out with a four-way valve bunch of hose repair stuff cleaning stuff and a motorcycle battery. And Asian Toyota antifreeze for my Prius. Just because I drive a Harley don't mean I can't appreciate good fuel mileage.

Best autozone out of all of them. Hailey and iona are great help and always give great customer service.

I went to get my passenger wiper fixed. As I had a new windshield put in on Sat. The tech did not tighten the wiper. So, the man at Auto Zone fixed it for me and did it quickly.

Great service, fun and happy workers. From rebuilding a classic car to my everyday driver AutoZone is my place to get my auto parts. Thanks for being so awesome.

They will help you in the store.but won’t offer to help with installing the things that actually can and do install.

I went in with a control arm that needed to be replaced and the store manager not only found the bushings that I needed but also helped me with the tools and knowledge I needed to get it done right there! So all I had to do was get my truck back on the road! 20/10 highly recommended this store and haley! She is the best she needs a raise! Wonderful and won’t go to another competitor as long as she is there!

Did not have my parts when i got there.i ordered it today they never got it.wasted my time today

Great store! I needed new air filters and had a check engine light. They were very helpful, especially a dude named Donald. He cleared the code and helped me put in my air filter in my parking spot. They were a huge help! Highly recommend!

Did not get a Email on what i bought stating that it was a battery and it had a1800dollar core charge due on it and a three year warranty on it

I can't complain. For the past 6 years I've done business with this AutoZone exclusively when possible. In those years of business, I've only come across one Joker that worked there & he wasn't there long. There have been mistakes along the way that were simple oversights, usually by new workers probably overwhelmed by volume. I have never felt the employees at this autozone did anything but try and help with the knowledge & abilities they had. I called this morning racked with a distributor issue. "Are you busy I have a question" I know their job is to sell parts, not helping mechanics with their mechanicing. I called with no idea of the next step to take, the individual had been in the same predicament with a distributor and allowed me to at least understand what the next steps could be or should be. When I had a problem with a manager at a diffrent store, Beaver Street grey was willing to listen to my issue and suggest the district managers phone number. I called expecting to leave a message for Mr. Vic, Mr. Vic actually picked up the phone. He took full, unwaivering, boots in concrete responsibility for his employees actions and assured me he would look into it, I returned three days later to the problem Auto Zone and the issue was remedied true to Mr. Vic's word. I feel the management & team of beaver street store and Vic deserve not only a 5 star review but my coveted two thumbs way up & I'll throw in a " hell yeah ". If I saw any of them broke down on the side of the road, I would have no issue stopping to help them

I never have a problem with these stores until the last time I went. They claim you can use their tools, well they claimed they didn't have a lugwrench. Ummm yea so bc of that I had to call my son. Then a new employee came out and basically spilled the beans that they were not practicing their own rules. So yes there you have it.

Every Auto zone I have ever been in all the employees are always friendly and ready to help. I only go to Auto zone for my parts
