Mickey was beyond great. I was having battery issues and he was super helpful and changed the battery so fast.

Used the online ordering system, half the order was sent to my home 2 days later then expected and the other items sent no to the store closest to my house but 13miles away, and when i got to that closer store was told nothing could be done, i would have to go to the further away store to get my items that were in stock at both stores.store manager wasn't helpful at all.

Mikey D was very professional, knowledgeable and fast with changing out my battery. I will definitely be back for future business. Thanks again Mikey D

A big thank you to the Autozone Team at this location which is always our go to store for all our Auto and battery needs. They helped me test my battery, and helped me make the switch to a new battery since mine was out of warranty.
That bad news was given gracefully and with the empathy deserving of the bad news. I now have purchased a new battery (big thanks to Mikey D) and the person that tested the battery (forgot his name) and the manager for being the professional that he always is. Our experience is always great at this store on 60 and valrico. You guys are wonderful.

Came in to get my battery checked, turns out I needed a new one. Mikey provided excellent customer service and went ahead and swapped the old for the new. Whole process was 15 minutes tops. 10/10

This AutoZone is Paradise on The Beach!

I absolutely love visiting this AutoZone! I actually drive 25 minutes away and pass other AutoZone's to go to this particular location! They are always kind and generous plus always willing to truly help you. In addition, there extremely helpful with disposing of your used oil. Love it! Believe me and you, I know the difference in service. Not to mention, this is a new location too. I tremendously appreciate everyone at this location especially the owner. Great leadership starts from the top! Continue to keep up the wonderful work and please never change! You're the absolute best!

AutoZone is my go-to place for auto parts the guys and gals that work there are always eager to help find the correct part for your vehicle truck or what have you I do seem to come in contact a lot with getting the wrong part not to do with AutoZone but to whom that wherever they're ordering it from this is happens maybe once or twice but AutoZone employees are always extremely helpful with getting the right part that you need and they don't give you a big hassle. I would highly recommend AutoZone auto parts if any of the locations because at every location I have visited they have always been kind and courteous and their prices are not expensive at all.

I came in today looking for a radiator fan motor assembly or motor, I was guided through and helped on what I needed to do by the amazing store manager Rob. Not only did he help me, but he even helped me as far as helping me save money by guiding me through alternatives online. Due to my situation, I had to purchase the part that same day and he was super happy to help me through along with his associate mike.
