I just love that they install your windshield wipers for you. I'm the typical 'put off everything until it's 4 weeks late' kinda person. Pretty nice to order my blades online, have them installed in the parking lot and head home.

Had a wonderful experience at this location. Unfortunately, my car broke down and I waited over 3 hours to get towed. Then I decided to take matters into my own hands and repair the car myself. To my surprise Destiny and Wes were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. By the time the tow truck arrived I was already halfway done with the job. Destiny and Wes saved me hundreds of dollars both in tow fee, repair and labor. I would highly recommend this place!

Joseph M was outstanding. He checked my power steering fluid & added what I needed. When I first arrived at store 6348 my car was hot. Joe burned his hand a bit. That did not deter him. I waited for the car to cool & he then added the needed fluid. Please give this man a raise. He is helpful, courteous, & professional.

Excellent customer service by Wes. He went above and beyond his job description to help me with carrying heavy items and installing new wipers. Good job Wes!

Walked into Auto zone this morning scared I was going to be unable to fix my 2018 Honda Accords’ AC. I YouTubed some potential issues, but upon speaking to James, the store manager, he knew far more than anyone on that app. I was told to check the gauges, which he actually walked OUT of the store to help me with. Once we knew the Freon was low, I was told which type to buy and exactly how to do it. I rarely take the time to write a review but it’s rare you see customer service like this anymore! Hats off to James and staff and thank you for saving me what would likely be over $1000 in parts and labor!

I came in for a battery and a few other issues with my car and I was in and out in ten minutes. Destiny took amazing care of me and I will definitely be back to see her soon whenever I have any issues with my car.
