I had a bad battery Daniel was able to test it out for me determined that it needed to be swapped out thankfully the battery was still under warranty. Daniel went above and beyond swapping out the battery for me and even going as far as Testing the alternator for me. Overall I was very pleased with the service provided

Andy was phenomenal in assisting my car. The battery was corroded and Andy was able to replace it and set me up with a new one. He is the best around if you need help with your car!

Came to get windshield wipers and didn’t know what size to get. Andy was really helpful by measuring my old blades by hand since the system didn’t give any information. He also put them on for me even though it was raining. He was very polite and friendly. Happy to do business there again.

Terrible customer service. Arrived at 8: 55 with tire issue. Bought repair kit and asked to borrow a pair of pliers to pull a hook out if my tire. The nice salesman said I can give you what I have. It didn't work, so minutes later, came back as other salesman was locking door. I explained I need to buy an additional tool. He said no, I pleaded and he asked his manager, she then said no. He said Discount Auto Parts is open to 10 and they are down the street. Needless to say, I couldn't go with a flat tire. Called my son where I was left in parking lot for an hour all because they wouldn't let me back in to make a purchase. Being a owner of multiple vehicles, Autozone will no longer get my business!
