We are on a trip and our Jeep battery died. Owen was very helpful and replaced our battery for us. In and out in about 30 minutes. Great job!

I was greeted and asked if I need help immediately. The young gentleman helped me pick out the best roters and brakes. Very nice location with good customer service!

Everyone at this store is great. Brian is the man and always knows exactly what I need. Very friendly staff and a clean store, too. I choose AutoZone over every other store in the area, because they have the best prices, and unlike their competitors, they actually know how to order the correct parts every time.

I'm very thankful for the customer service this store has shown my boyfriend Jeff Rollen, not only has the the staff been super helpful, but the store manager Rob was not only prompt with helping him find the correct parts for his vehicle but also in finding the nearest store to save time on shipping. Sometimes - Same day!

I've been going to this place for over 5 years now, and every time the customer service is on point. Shout out to Rob he's dealt with a lot and still does what he has to do for the customers, the store and the experience.

Staff is as helpful as they can be, but for the most part they seem pretty clueless as to actual auto repairs.

Bought a Reese tongue lock, used 1 time never worked again store won’t do nothing for replacement had to have locksmith take it off

My Jeep Broke down 4 blocks from home. It stopped running and would not start. I got a jump and drove to Autozone where Ron tested my battery and still underwarranty got me a new one. Ron also noticed my antifreeze was empty so I purchased a gallon and he put it in. Told me to ckeck it when i got home. So helpfull and a great person to have working there.

I was appalled by how rude and condescending the employee I dealt with was. I'll never ever go back. Thankfully the competition down the street was super helpful and treated me like a human being.

I came in with a dieing battery. I thought it should be an AGM battery, but their on-line tool referenced another. Terry was most helpful pointing out the battery I had was similar to the one on the shelf. He tested my battery and truely, it was dead. He helped install the new battery and it solved the problem with the check engine light. Thank you AutoZone!

Always there for the customer n they provide the parts specially the one in crystal River they always got the part u need n the staff no there stuff. Super great go to auto zone for ur parts. Today Sunday n they were great

I will always recommend AutoZone over the other one that sells refurbished and does not tell you. When the parts here are refurbished they tell you and offer you every option available they're very patient and helpful

Broke down on Crystal River. We made it into the AutoZone store. The manager actually installed the part we needed to get us back on the road. He went way over the call of duty. God bless this man.
