The staff at this location are very customer service oriented. They all were polite and asked if I was being helped.
Felix, the manager, is remarkable. Not only did he test my charging system but he lended me the tools to get my alternator out and also mentored me on information about my charging system. No matter how busy he got, while helping me, he never got frustrated and continued to help me with my charging system. He definitely knows how to multitask and most definitely puts the customer first. Thank you!
They sold me the wrong roder for my car and told me I’d have to pay full price for another one instead of a refund. Didn’t assure me that I would get my money back at all! Very unprofessional and bad staff

Walked in to AutoZone on 34th Street North and 30th avenue after spending about an hour at advance Auto parts looking for trailer bearings and caps advance Auto parts going to help me with nothing soon as I walked in the AutoZone guy spoke with walked right over to what I needed and hand it to me and said there you go! Absolutely the best parts house around!

After a surgery and rehab my battery was dead. After getting a jump from my ins co I headed to Auto Zone for a diagnostic test.
I called ahead and they were kind enough to send an employee out to me so I wouldn’t need to get out of my car. “Bald Bill” (name he gave me) actually sent me to Batteries Plus because they offered a longer warranty. Now that is taking care of the community!

Yesterday 6/18/22 I was having trouble with the battery in my car not holding a charge so it was not cranking enough to start the car. I purchased this battery at store 4810[34th St No] a couple years ago and after working with the Tech on site I was told that it was not the battery that it was the alternator, having replaced the alternator less than a year ago I was not convinced.
I was encouraged by the Tech to speak with the manager Felix. I explained my situation to Felix who listened to what I was saying before jumping to conclusions. It appears that the battery, although showing the right voltage when sitting did not have enough cranking amps to start the car when turning the key. Felix was patient and understanding and was able to work out an agreement for a new battery.
Thank You Felix for standing behind your products and listening before making judgement. A patient ear goes a long way to satisfying a customer, I appreciate your service and will continue to do business with your store.
The service tech named Akim was awesome. I came in to get a load test on my truck battery because I just took my truck in for service at the Nissan dealership and they did a load test which revealed my battery was bad. I couldn't believe it because I just bought a Duralast Platinum battery only a week ago and installed it myself so it felt like the dealer was trying to get over on me. Well they weren't, they were truthful and the new battery WAS bad after Akim checked it so he replaced it quickly for me in the parking lot. These things apparently do happen so if you just bought a brand new battery and installed it there is a chance it could have a defect. We cant always assume the mechanic is lying we just have to be patient and understanding. Nevertheless, Akim is a really cool dude and very pleasant to talk to. He's a real professional and because of him I would definitely recommend going to this particular autozone for great friendly and fast service. Thanks Akim!
Had the battery I was looking for from my motorcycle and needed a new battery because a 12 volt system won't run with a used battery that well
Lazy, incompetent staff. Went against their own policy a few years ago without my knowledge, brought it to my attention today, then refused to go out of their way to fix it. Pretty incredible.
Terrible Customer Service. The Management Staff treats the lower ranked guys like trash. They don't show any form of decency to customers if they don't feel like it. Then one of the Management goes outside and man handles a female customer like that's normal.
Disrespectful, Rude, Unhelpful.
If I didn't have parts on warranty with autozone, I'd never come back.
