They're very helpful. And their employees are very knowledgeable.

I like going to Auto Zone, been going since my 20's. I've bought parts along my years and last year I bought everything for a complete brake job, a 2015 Patriot and brakes replaced in 2022. I couldn't by their top of the line Brakes system. Next time I will as I see the type I got was the economy ones. When I change oil and filter, I go in and go to where the used oil tank and do it on my own and they are cool with it and never told me I couldn't. I'm careful as to not trip over anything. I say thank you to all and they greet me back. Cool workers at the Davenport Store.

Eduardo Garcia the store manager was rude and was not understanding. I need to exchange a part that did not got me car, which I purchased with an in store promo and he returned me the discounted price to my credit card and charged me Full price for the part that was spec for my car. Refused to honor the discount that was given to me on the original receipt.

The management lack empathy. No good customer service. My car broke down no battery My phone need it to be charged so I can call my insurance and towing company. The employee who was helping us was kind and very helpful. He ask if I could charge my phone and his manager said no. So we had to wait for hours to find a way to get home and to tow my car.

Wonderful place to go every time I go they're very helpful these people will never do nothing they can't do for you they will always try their best and always be there for you if you need parts and trust me they took very good care of me and things that you wouldn't even imagine I trust others on a lot I've been going to them for more than 18 years

Pretty much always have what I need, and if they don't, they can usually get it the next day or another store already has it.

I went in there two weeks ago looking for some bling for my car and they has very little to choose from but ok got passed that but what bothered me was the fact that they totally ignored me like I wasn't even there.

Marsha was the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Jocelyn was delightful. Needed a battery and they teamed it right. They were pretty busy for 8 a.m.

Today i received excellent and caring service from Orlando. I bought a new battery they helped me put it in. I could ask for better service.
