10Very helpful staff! I needed a jump and they ended up doing more than just that. Alberto and Crystal were very helpful and took care of the problem amazingly!
I’m giving this a 1 star because whoever the black guy that works there, gave me the wrong parts to my car. I literally had to wait until the next day to get these parts and he ordered the wrong ones which delayed a lot of time. The employees at the auto zone on military was very embarrassed about whoever this guy that put the wrong information in the system. He advised that I ask for a discount and really cuss the man out but I rather just leave a review. I suggest they fire that guy and don’t let anyone who doesn’t take pride in having good customer service and have a caring attitude.
Alberto S was a perfect example of great customer service! I had troubles with my car battery and he was able to help me out of a difficult situation! Alberto was so patient and professional! I would recommend Alberto and this location to anyone!

I was at the store as my family was fleeing hurricane Ian. I needed Shims for my battery which was having connection issues causing our family van to start intermittently. Victor helped me find the parts i needed and gladly helped me install the shims since i had no tools as my home is 300 miles away. Very thankful for his help
