Good staff. Good prices. While they will install a lot of items, they can't check fuses.

Fairly helpful, should consider kiosks for people to look up their own parts in the near future.

Rich was extremely helpful. He was generous enough to assist me with finding the right battery and even went as far as to put it in for me. He is beyond a good employee but an example of a great person. Rich is the absolute best.

Extremely helpful and kind. I forget the employee’s name that rides the motorcycle. He helped me put my mats in and screw my plate cover on and gave me great advice about putting waxx on my bumper to keep those PESKY lovebugs off. Worked like a charm on those long highway drives. Really great vibe. Not condescending or too busy to notice you needing help.

I like this store and I like the people, but they do not have enough staff to provide adequate customer service.

I went to auto zone this past week and I have been helped by Angel. He provided such great customer service and is extremely knowledgeable! Whenever my car was powered on, none of the gauges would come on. I couldn’t figure out what was going on until I brought my car over to auto zone. He exhausted all options possible and towards the end of it…my battery was replaced and the gauges started to work again. He explained why it could happen. Overall, I am happy with the services that were provided! Definitely saved me an arm and leg from having to go to the dealership.

I just left AutoZone and a man named Ron and a man named Angel helped me. I used the diagnostic tool to check out what was wrong with it It didn't throw any codes Then we checked the battery and it was that, one of the cables was loose on the battery which made it die quicker due to arcing. It was still under warranty and we replaced it just like that and they were really busy and helping multiple people at once and doing a great job at all of it. Highly recommend good people!

I needed a new battery and the gentleman who helped me had a new one installed within minutes. My battery is under the windshield wiper cowl so it can be tricky to change, but he made it look effortless. Always have good experiences at this location.

Every time I call up there and Felicia is at work I get put on hold and never get an answer for anything I call for… but if Chris or angel is up there working they make it happen. Getting kinda old.

I know very little about auto parts and when I need auto related assistance I only shop at this location. Daniel and Chris are amazing, helpful and pleasant! This Auto Zone has my business forever! Give them a pay raise!

The staff is awesome great customer service. It was my first time there but felt like family. I wish I remembered both there names but one is Chris. The other guy wears glasses tho. Lol
