Best service from bevan, young man from Mississippi, although understaffed, he was very polite, courteous, and in complete control of situation. Always a recommendation to go to this young man.

First time making an order online for pickup and the products i ordered said they were all in stock for this location. But when I went to pick it up, they didn't have one of the products in my order even though I called prior to check to see if my order was complete before picking it up, they told me yes. So the store associate said he would call another store to deliver the product next day. I called the next day and still not in stock. They offered to order the product for me but said there was no guaranteed time window on when they would get the order into the store. I said it's fine, I can wait a week for it but it seems like they would rather refund than order it for me than have me wait for the product to come in, which is annoying. And now I need to waste my time coming back to the store just to get a refund. Next time UPDATE your inventory online so that your location doesn't say you have a product in stock when you really don't. I wasted my time having to put in an online order. This is why everyone needs to call the store and have them double check for items in stock before you order anything.my time and gas is wasted having to go back and forth to the store.

If I could give you guys ZERO stars I would. Worst experience I think I've had yet. Came in hoping to get some answers regarding my cars battery and altimator. Daniel was no help. He never gave me any answers, all he says was "yea, bad battery" and then walked away. I then sat in my car for 20 minutes waiting for someone to come back only to find your Manager Daniel smoking his vape in the back of your store. Some manager. Keep in mind, he told me to turn my car off before he walked away and then never came back. I then waited in line for another 20 minutes to find Daniel and Kaeden bickering at eachother with a line of customers in front of them. Maybe hiring more older and mature employees? I never got any info, I had another customer who was in line jump my car instead. Daniel was working on another car literally right next to me and never looked back. Will never be coming here again. Shame on Kaeden and your Manger Daniel. Do better! You guys a JOKE.

Read the list of similar reviews below. Auto Zones are typically great, but stay away from this one. Terribly managed with a constantly turning inexperienced staff. Don’t bother trying to escalate any concerns as you’ll likely be insulted and they won’t be addressed. Too bad as it was once pretty great. Make your day better and walk next door to Advanced.

Such a positive experience! I went into Autozone yesterday because I had a brake light out. I was greeted by all of the staff. I think it was Jamie that served me and was SUPER helpful. All I had to do was tell him the make and model of my car and in seconds he had what I needed. I was then unsure of how to replace the bulb so I asked him if he could show me.before I knew it he was already unscrewing the unit and done the job for me! Outstanding customer service, highly recommend

I walked into the store around noon yesterday. And Rachel the manager was yelling at another employee and saying that she wants to quote on quote throw hands with them in the parking lot. Is this the kind of people that AutoZone makes manager? She should be fired and brought up on charges. Very unprofessional!

I went here to get a new battery and I’m still new to the whole car thing, so having someone like Daniel the Manager working at Autozone definitely helped me get a better understanding of my car and how it works. I’m very happy with my new purchase and will be visiting again for more help

All the employees here are completely unprofessional and discriminate against minorities. We walk into the store looking for a product. We asked an employee who happen to be the MANGER to help us find something he decided to reply with “You’re not going to steal anything right” in front of all the other customers. Why would you even assume that, because it’s two Hispanic men wearing hoodies?
He also did not want to assist with returning a product that did not fit properly in our vehicle. We had to drive to another Auto zone who returned it with no problem. It’s about to be 2023 and you’re still getting discriminated against because of the color of your skin. Do better in choosing your employees Auto zone.

I think when a customer walks in the help shouldn’t act like they’re doing the customer a favor by saying nothing! Remember how auto zone gets its money to pay you! Most jobs workers have to interview for the position, if you hate the job quit. Don’t run off the customer because of your lazy attitude. Especially old men who don’t have a retirement because they didn’t save enough!

I went in for a new battery for my Toyota Highlander. The gentleman who helped me who was Daniel. N.he was such a good help. He went out and tested my battery and did a full system test. The experience was amazing and I absolutely will recommend Daniel to everyone that I know.

Worst customer service I have ever received. Pulled in because I needed a new battery. Shut my car off and walked in past an employee smoking at the entrance. Asked if they could check my battery. Came out to check it and said they couldn’t check it because it’s a Cadillac and they were getting sued for working on a battery on a Cadillac and that I would need to go to a dealership. At this point my car would not start because I needed a new battery obviously! I asked them if they could at least get it started for me so I could go to a dealership. She proceeded to tell me I could buy a battery charger but they could not jump me. Extremely rude and unprofessional! I wish I would’ve got her name… so I was basically stranded in their parking lot at the auto store! Thank goodness there was an another auto parts store across the street! I Walked across the street to Advance auto parts. They walked across the street and jumped my car for me! The employee lady (I think she was a manager) took pictures of the nice employee from across the street as he helped me! I proceeded to go across the street and get a new battery put in by advanced auto parts! I will never go to another Auto Zone or let anyone I know go there again! Unbelievable!

Stopped last weekend to use the loaner tool system and get some parts. Rachel greeted me with a smile, and while it was clear she was new, she did a fine job. Positive attitude and a smile. We made 3 trips eventually, and all went smooth, easy, and uplifting. The world needs more people like her. Kudos and thank you. I hope this review makes it to the store.

Got wat I needed n ask to have my wipers put on car, a typical request fulfilled by all large corp. Auto parts store… lady said we maybe able too? Huh? U may? Guys out in parking lot installing some right now!

Walked in looking for exhaust fluid, gentleman behind the counter said how may I help you? , Then proceeded to hand me exactly what I needed at the right price. Not much more I can ask for out of it visit to AutoZone. Maybe a beer or perhaps a Coke with that smile. Lol

The manager Brenda at this store on 5239 1st st e Bradenton FL 34203. Is the best worker in this store, she care about the customers, she always has the time to search for customers parts, she is never mad, she use her education. Good job Brenda.

Went into the store everybody eating at the end of the counter and they ignored me. Walked over across the street to Advanced Auto and they were very helpful.

Always has exactly what I need. Bought a Die Hard Gold last October 14th. Died yesterday. Was given brand new replacement without any hassles. Always great service & advice! Highly recommended!
