No employees to help! Only one person to check people out! Get employees so that people don't have to wait in line for 30 minutes just to buy 2 items of pb blaster!

I had a friendly greeting upon entering the store. I asked about certain items, and the gentleman didn't just point to where the item was, he led me to the rack that contained the item I was looking for. My only complaint was the price of the item. A cigarette lighter phone charger was priced very high. I purchased a similar item for 1/4 of their asking price at a different location.

Really don't appreciate the attitude that comes from this place. Will no longer use AutoZone

Todd Bye is fantastic. I was greeted upon walking in, and he politely and enthusiastically offered to help me. He made sure I got the correct filter and fixed the problem when the first one wasn't right.

I appreciate the dedication to quality service. We all make mistakes, but it's refreshing to see someone who owns it and fixes it immediately. I have always enjoyed Auto Zone professionalism.

Great employees but only two on a Saturday is a poor business model for sales and customer service.

Waited 20 minutes to checkout for a few off-the-shelf items - won't be back. This place desperately needs a self-checkout station when the two employees are backed up locating and finding parts for other customers.

They scan my car that had the check engine light and recommended a mechanic Shop that could fix my problem; Serenety auto repair. Thank you so much!

Understaffed. I waited for 45 minutes after waiting the employee told me that he would be right with me to go outside an raise my hood I did. Waited I went back in an no employee. I bought a high priced battery, with warranty. Buy from somewhere else. I dont want to break down on the road.

Very nice place to shop for your automotive needs. Friendly, Polite and Helpful. Have I have ever had an issue with Auto Zone, they have taken care with respect. I have been going to Auto Zone for many years about 25 to 30 now.

Been dealing with this store for years despite supply chain issues and help changeovers I still get good service. I have to mention SARAH she is a total asset to this store without her expertise this simple transaction could have been much more difficult! Highly recommended!

Really awesome experience. I found a headlight out on my car this morning so I started calling auto supply stores for a replacement. First on the Google search was O'Reilly's. At the beginning of the call while waiting for the part to be found I mentioned that my lights were dim anyway and I was curious about the lamps being replaced because they look gnarly and I assumes that it might be the problem. Homie says, "Nope, that's your ballast and it's going to be VERY expensive. " He says this like he KNOWS THIS. Right there I decided to first find out the bulb cost, because I was considering hiring my son out to a sweatshop to cover this if it WAS the issue. So he continued hitting buttons and looking in the computer (which MUST still run on DOS because holy CHRIST it was SLOOOOW. Finally he says, "Are you ready to throw up? " (Verbatim) I replied that this was a bad omen and he told me that the price for A BULB was $139.99. (and no there's not a two pack, they must be sold separately) I thanked him and with zero confidence in a better outcome I called Autozone and the young lady looked it up and told me that there was one for 20 something and a two pack for like 30 something. I went down the gentle man that went to grab it said that they were sorry but there was no two pack in stock. Since I was his biggest fan at this point, of course I waved it off. Then he says he will try to put it in.
Sadly, he could only reach in and couldn't see what he was doing he couldn't install it BUT, he directed me to a mechanic that works from home 4 blocks away. (AND he called the gentleman to tell him I was coming)
The nicest guy that I've met in this town (Jimmy Sapp) installed the light and in seconds and charged me.wait for it. $10. Jimmy is my new mechanic and AutoZone gets ALL of my business.
PS I'm going to give the guy from O'Reilly's the benefit of the doubt and assume that perhaps he simply pulled the wrong part OR misunderstood the fact that all I wanted were the bulbs and maybe the insane quoted price was for a whole kit that came with lamp, bulb and a pot of gold. But he asked me point blank and I was clear that I was only looking for the bulbs and when I heard the price I said, "Just for the BULB? ONE BULB? " But.the ballast diagnosis without EVER SEEING MY CAR?
