I went there to get some STP Pro intake valve cleaner his stuff from what I see on a YouTube videos is really good for cleaning your intake valves

I dealt with an employee named Rose she was very knowledgeable knew exactly what parts I need it sent me right down the aisle tell me exactly where they were located on the shelf I give him a five-star I will be going back to that AutoZone

They were very helpful. Came out change my battery no extra charge and make sure I had the tools to make sure that my Volkswagen stayed running thank you guys

Albert Manton at the Bayside Lakes store is the most amazing associate. He was so helpful and deserves a raise for his kindness and courtesy.

Mateo is a real gentleman. I had a flat tire and did not know where to go so I came to AutoZone and Judy and Mattes was just so helpful for me and mateo came out and he change my tire for me which was very helpful. I am 73 years old. I did not know where to turn to. I cannot say what a great gentleman and how courteous this gentleman was to me so I thiank ihim very much and I thank. AutoZone for being here when I need them

I have one word and one name: Albert. He is awesome. He helped us get in and out very quickly, told us the best deals on everything we bought and ultimately saves us $20. If you need help with your car and live in the bayside area, come here and ask for Al. 10/10 experience dealing with him.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Al and Matteo were awesome in helping me out with my cars dead battery; Al was kind to lend me a jumper battery so I could bring my car over and Matteo was great in helping to replace the battery, they literally saved my transportation problem for the week lol! Great service by AutoZone and their employees, thank you and will definitely return for any future issues on my car

Makes me to suite Judy Britain always great and then she’s a people person always help me out to the fullest what can I say about her every time I come here and I see her we talk I always get rid of spam sweetheart and she’s always go with me and showing me explain things over if I don’t have the red comprehension Instagram that’s all I can say about her

First time in this auto zone and needed help with installing a part, Albert and Matteo were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They went out if there way to make sure we had what we needed. I will definitely be making this auto zone my go to store. Thank you!

I go to this autozone ateast 3 times a week and often multiple times a day. Everytime I am greeted with a smile and with great service. The team here is amazing, they work together so well and treat eachother like family and it doesn't change for the customers. I visit this store so much that Al and Matteo both know me by name and can get me the correct parts without fail. Thank you guys for your excellent service and great attitudes.

Well My truck breaks a lot and everytime I come here for a part Matteo L. Gets the correct parts for me and he does an absolutely great job, thanks Matteo.

Management was quick to reach out and try to make it right. They comped my battery and we’re very apologetic and nice. I really appreciated it.

On Monday, 6/27 I went to this location for a new battery. The young gentleman on sales put in my battery for me and then realized he didn’t put the clamp on. After about 20 minutes of trying to put it on he said he couldn’t put the clamp back on because the hooks were impossible but for me not to worry because my battery won’t go anywhere. On my way home from work yesterday 6/31 my car engine, air, music etc turned off about 10 times on my way home from work. Once I got home and turned off my car my car wouldn’t turn back on. My husband popped open the hood and my battery was out of place. It smelt as if something was burning. The battery in fact needed that clamp on! Your staff should be educated to put things back how they found them. I had to take my car to another shop to have them place my clamp back on. I’m not sure if he just figured I’m a clueless pregnant women holding a toddler that doesn’t know anything about cars but it could have been a horrible situation. Thank God I didn’t get into a car accident!

I’m in there often getting parts for my truck and the staff is always amazing and very helpful. Matteo specifically is a great worker. He’s super helpful and we alway have a good laugh going over my newest vehicle issue.

I recently had to go here just for a quick battery swap and cannot say enough about how nice the staff was here. From the phone call I made prior to arriving to the second I stepped foot in the door. I worked mostly with Mateo who was friendly, personable, knowledgeable and an all around nice guy. Anything I need regarding my vehicles I will definitely be continuing my business here!

Am very pleased.
They had the right battery for my car and installed for me.
The biggest plus, I wasn't looked down upon for being female! They actually have to young ladies working who were very knowledgeable and helpful.
I have to give credit to the young man that installed the battery. It was hot and of course my install wasn't easy but he was awesome! Y'all made my day!

Unfortunately the clerks were rude and could not help which was not a problem. They need to brush up on how they treat customers in any situation
