The only thing that makes me give them 2 stars is because the customer service was excellent by the staff Amber but the manger Leo was rude and confrontational after selling the battery that she ordered for me the day before. After him telling me I see things wrong and I don't know what's going on he started getting way too close and raising his voice. I chose to walk away and he followed me out the door. His customer service was deplorable and he was super nasty because I said his tone was aggressive and borderline rude. AutoZone better do something about him before it gets ugly

I managed to show up just as they were locking up for the night and the team told me not to worry they get me in. Just a new battery and a terminal but I had no tools, they stayed a bit late but got me squared away and on my way in 30 minutes. Thank you Lake Park, Fl store for going above and beyond. You guys rock!

Had my windshield wipers and battery replaced at lake park auto zone and the whole process was a breeze. Dion helped me pick out exactly what I needed, and install it all in under 10 minutes. Honestly one of the nicest workers I have run into. I could not have asked for better service.

Was just there and Jae S. Was a big help. He welcomed me in asked me how could he help me right away…. Great service…. I was unsure about what parts to get for my vehicle and he helped me quick and fast! He knew exactly what I needed, even recommended an installation video that could help me if I decided to do the install myself. Got all my parts and now my car will be up and running in no time.
