At first y'all say you can order it over the phone y'all have the colors and that y'all could order it once I was told me over the phone but when I went in there with my husband look it up then say don't do it and don't have the color either. That want they upset about that you told me that you can get it and I have my husband heard everything that was said.

These guys try to accommodate everyone. But the prices are really good and a lot of times they have part in stock. If your in a hurry call ahead and walk in, look at it make sure it's what you want pay and leave. Store is streamlined for someone in a hurry

The young man that helped us was very kind. He installed our new wiper blades and took the time to show me how to do it for the next time.

The manager Justin is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. It is safe to say that because of him this is the BEST parts store in Highlands county. His customer service and ability to locate hard to find parts are amazing. He will also explain things to the customer in an easy to understand manner. They sell tier one parts (The top of the line) but they also have more affordable choices available in most cases. You can expect to get 100,000 miles on a tier one water pump, whereas the competitors quietly sell tier 2&3 parts that last merely 70,000 miles. It pays to get better parts for certain jobs so they don't have to be redone early.

For simple items, I go to the Auto Zone in Sebring, BUT, if I need most auto repair parts, I have to go to a AutoZone, in Bartow, Winter Haven, or Wauchula. Same size buildings, but the Sebring store doesn’t stock a lot of maintenance parts. I needed disc brake pads, he’d to drive to Winter Haven, to get them. Sebring said that we can have them in 1, or 2 days. If I wanted to replace my brake pads in 1, or, 2 days, I would have shopped in 1, or 2 days. So I drove to Winter Haven, then went to lunch, went home, and did my brakes, the next day

This is the best AutoZone that I've ever been to ever. There was a man there by the name of red that helped me out at closing time when he didn't have to help me out. I was stuck and nobody could help me, and he did it on his own time for free. As for the store, they are all professional and courteous and if you need something they will help you find it. My go-to man is red though because he is hands down the nicest people person I've ever met

RED is AWESOME! ’ He really went out his way to help us get a lug nut out that was really stuck he made sure we were set for our 2 hour drive back!
