AutoZone is a fairly decent business. However maybe it's lack of training or management or a little bit of both. But I believe if they focused a little hard on the customer experience it would be a better experience. Whoever monitors their google page took the time out to figure out what the issue was and that shows concern for the customer. I will be revisiting the store in the future to see if improvement were made.
The guy there was very helpful in checking our battery and changing it out for us
