AutoZone Auto Parts, New Port Richey FL

Battery in my truck died without warning just in time for New Year's. Got it into this AutoZone and was helped by Amanda, the manager. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and fast with the process of replacing the old battery with a new one, right down to the detail of adding some gel to the connections to help ward off corrosion. Very much recommend.

Amanda was great! I had a bad experience at the Holiday location today and Amanda stepped up to the plate to help me out.

Got some help changing a rear light bulb on my car, the screw was completely stripped and was helped by one of the employees. So grateful for him (didn't catch his name sorry!).

Another Auto Zone (not this location) dropped the ball and gave me some misinformation. After going to several AutoZones only to find out that information another Auto Zone gave me was incorrect, Amy (at the last location we went to) went above and beyond to make sure my family car got the part it needed (drove 15 mins to pick it up), to ensure we were safe on the road! She is a rockstar! AutoZone thank you for hiring people like Amy who care!

I came to Auto Zone with a flat tire, unfortunately they were unable to assist with fixing the tire but Landon and Amanda were super helpful especially having my 1½ year old daughter with me they helped at least put the spare in to get me and my little one home safely. I appreciate their helpfulness and wish I was able to tip

My dad recently replaced the battery and alternator in his Xterra, but was having problems starting it with the new battery.
Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable, tested the alternator and battery for us and wound up replacing the battery. Thanks to him we’re now back on the road and running smooth!

My wife went to get our battery checked, it ended up dying right in front of the store. Turns out we needed a new battery and a new belt for our alternator. The staff was great as my wife had to wait with our 3 young kids for me to get there to replace the belt and we're extremely helpful. I would highly recommend this location

Sam the store manager was amazing he was Very knowledgeable about the different battery options they carry we ended up getting the high electric agm battery a little expensive but well worth it he even put it amazing staff

I am an elderly disabled woman, the cashier treated me with respect and helped me choose which motor oil to use in my car.

This time it was the store on Little Rd where I went.
Two of the employees there were really very helpful and took their time. The first employee was at least 10 minutes busy to evaluate my battery problems and then give it a charge. The second employee helped me 5 minutes later when I went back because I forgot something. He took about 20 minutes of his time to find the right solution and tools for my problem.

I went to this store to find out information about an engine light and code.
Scott was very helpful. He looked up the codes and discussed my options. In the end he was kind enough to add oil for the time being. He was very polite and helpful

Had a dead battery. Jumped it and got it to AutoZone. They double checked it and had the new one in within 15 minutes. Great service.

They all was help out when you need help on anything that you need the employee that help was very good with me he was awesome
