WOW is what I can say about Chris, I was at a completion very near and was not even greeted and then just treated like I was a problem instead of a client so I left and called Auto Zone, the answer was cordial, positive and helpful as nd his name was Chris I went to the store and who greats me right away? Chris! Wow what a way of making me feel good, he took care of me right away and installed himself, while they’re bussy he managed to get me taken care of so quickly and smooth, what a great person. A plus, I am taking all my business here from now on, thank you
I was struggling to replace my wiper blades but Chris came outside and offered to help me, and ended up replacing both blades for me in less than the time it took me to open each package. Thank you for being so welcoming to a new customer— it made my day!
Would not recommend this place for key batteries, went here to get a new key battery for my key fob. The guy with the beard didn’t know what he was doing, almost damaged my key fob trying to get it open with a knife. I went somewhere else due to lack of knowledge here.

I was having problems with my car and called autozone ahead of time with what happened and what I thought I needed. Josh was very helpful and treated me like family without ever having met and without even being in the store. I came in and he checked out my car to confirm what I thought, showed me some things about my car I didn’t know, rang me up for what I needed and made sure my car was good to go before I went on my way. Incredible. Highly recommended.
Ian helped me find the Ubolt I needed at a fair price. He seemed to be going on lunch break (because he had a bag of food in his hand when I got there), but he voluntarily delayed himself to help me find what I needed. The gentleman even held the door for me while I came in. Can't beat that.
Josh was a big help. We were needing to buy a battery for our VW and even tho we couldn’t purchase a battery Josh was still helpful and got our vehicle started with a jumper box. Thanks Josh! We will shop for all or vehicle needs at this location from now on.
Was checked out at the register and not asked for a phone number so that I could get my AutoZone rewards points. Then to find out after the fact when I asked about the rewards the transaction and already cleared. Employee should be made to ask every customer on every purchase if they have a rewards number so that they can get the points that they deserve. Tracking everywhere you go and every app you're supposed to have an every rewards program that you belong to is not rocket science, yet sometimes the customer does forget that's what we have to go through before we finalize our purchase. I know my company and a few others give you a chance to get your rewards points when you can enter your purchase online or through an app. Kind of stinks that that falls on us customers nowadays.
AutoZone was in the right place at the right time when I needed them. Thank you very much for all your help and your knowledge. If I can pass thank you so much helps me get on the road to get my car running so I can do my errands and not have to worry about I have a car all day I can pass through Thank you so much.

I was in this shopping center and my car would not start. I walked over to Auto zone and Dominic was so helpful.he ran a diagnostic and said my battery was low.i decided to call AAA who didn't respond in a timely matter.i went back to Dominic and he gave me a jump and all good. Great customer service and will be going back to buy the battery!
Have been coming in for 4 years. Today was the last. I needed help with a fuse. The misogynistic pig "can't figure out what kind of fuse, I'm not a mechanic ". I'm sure he does not use the tone and attitude on men! I'm done
Great service went in recommended by another AutoZone, turns out they gave us the wrong battery info for our Hundai sonata. Went in with 20 minutes to close and Evan and Donna helped us until 30 minutes after. Great costumer service!

I went in for a tire pressure gauge. While there, the young man, Daniel, who helped me ask how I was and how my holiday is. I explained nice weather. However, I couldn't get my paddle for my paddle board locked in place. Screw was too loose, and I don't have tools. I am a travel nurse, so I don't travel with tools. The young guy said, "Bring it in and see if I can tighten it for you. " I did, and Daniel was great. He fixed my paddle. Thank you, Daniel, for giving the customer service all people hope for! He did not have to help me with the paddle, but he did, and it made me so grateful and happy! Please recognize this man for his generosity. I will return hoping Daniel is there to help me!
