Drove up to the 288st autozone and Ronald was outside attending another customer. I asked for his assistance with installing my rear windshield wiper as the staff from another autozone (where I bought the wiper) was unable to do so. He immediately offered to help and though it was a bit of work, he figured it out.to Ronald.

Tommy was a Great help tonight 7.00pm for car battery. He got me the right battery n he install it for me. Great Service here.

Mike was very helpful and very kind. He helped me put my windshield wipers on my car without question. Would definitely recommend anyone to come to this location and get help from Mike

The worst type of people work here. If they see that you’re a woman, they give you attitude and talk to you very condescending. Tried giving this place the benefit of the doubt after having a horrible experience the first time, but they still haven’t changed. Won’t be returning.

Hi, my recent experience was great at Autozone with Mike. Mike helped pick out the correct light bulb for my vehicle and even informed me of the differences between the similar to me bulbs that were near each other. Mike was super friendly and knowledgeable.

Racial profiling when you enter the store if you have dark skin the moment you walk in and go to any aisle no matter how busy it is somebody is going to come over there and watch you then when you go to pay for your item the individuals at the front don't want to help you they all of a sudden have to go set up online order I will be reporting this to the Better Business Bureau and corporate and the district general attorney crazy how you follow but dont want to check them out when they are ready to pay how hypocritical

I went into the store confused of what I needed to buy. Crystal helped me find what I was looking for. She was very friendly and patience. She was able to answer all of my questions and even recommended a air freshener. Every time I visit this location, the workers are always so cheerful and show great customer service.
