Bryce was super helpful, anytime I’m in need of anything for my car, the Hobe sound auto zone is the only place I go!

The Auto Zone Team did a great job replacing my battery for my Blazer.
And had all the parts for rear brakes.

Today was the first day I went here. It will not be the last. Sly went above and beyond to help me. He is a rockstar!

Visited the Auto Zone Store # 4452 in Hobe Sound, Florida on 8/24/2023, was greeted by two employees Sylvester and Wilmary, who were so pleasant and quite knowledgeable about what I needed. They made me feel like I was a family member being taken care off! Their cheerfulness and being kind made my day! Thanks to your employees, I will visit Auto Zone again!

Our car ran out of battery. We stopped by Auto Zone in Hobe Sound and Wilmary gave us the best service. She was very professional and replace the old battery in a few minutes. Thanks Auto Zone and Wilmary for a fantastic job!

I came in today @3pm after being turned away from the jupiter location as their battery tester wasn’t working. I was greeted by WillMary with a smile and how can I help. This was a much better greeting than I got at the Jupiter location. WillMary tested and changed out the bad battery in this 108 heat index with a smile. Thanks WillMary for everything you’re a lifesaver!

Ps -I definitely think a shade or awning would be a great addition to the facility to keep the employees out of the elements.

They honored my battery warranty and did a good job replacing the battery under difficult circumstances. I recommend them.

I came here today looking for some parts and I was greeted by wilmary. She was very polite and sweet and helped me right away. Amazing customer service, will definitely be coming back

I went in today to Diagnose a problem with my car & Matthew was so helpful, pleasant, made my trip worth it & he was knowledgeable about what I needed. He was amazing! Definitely will come back for my car needs.

I needed wiper blades and Sylvester was kind enough to get what I needed and he also put them on for me but showed me how to install them. He also noticed my battery had corrosion and explained what needed to be done and he did it for me. And also checked my oil and told me I needed another quart and explained that my kinda car is known for burning oil. I left there so impressed and happy to know that there is people out there that care! Thanks Sylvester… I’ll be back there for all my car needs!

So much for Auto Zone’s guarantees! I went into this store to replace the battery in my 2019 GMC Yukon Denali XL, and there was no one working in the store that was trained to install a battery in my vehicle. The girl was nice about it, and certainly understood that she was doing me a disservice, but politely refused my business! Shame on AutoZone!

Hobe sound has terrible service. I had an older gray headed man that was rudest man i’ve ever dealt with.was just here for a nattery easy.he made a huge deal out of something simple

Staff was super friendly and helpful. They set me up well with a new battery when my car was having issues and they answered all my questions!

Great Staff! Helped me get a battery replaced in no time. Very friendly and helpful. Glad to do business with them, I will be back again.
