Excellent customer service by Jane Diaz.wish there were more like her.checking out and she realized I could save money with a deal they were having and she made the appropriate changes to save me the money with the advertised deal

I express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service provided to me today. I was not notified about the charges for the battery testing, which was performed to determine its functionality. Furthermore, the staff's uncooperative demeanor and unhelpful conduct compounded my disappointment.

Rafy, commercial manager seen me lost and helped me out finding the DEF for my truck and then went to go get the coolant that I also needed. Thanks for taking initiative and helping out.

Total dipshts. Tell you wrong info over the phone and then sell you the more expensive item when you get there. Need to learn English.

I had talk to an associate who had quoted me a price and said my front brakes would be at this particular AutoZone, and when I went in to pick them up, the price was very different the manager Jacob was very disrespectful to me and didn’t honor the quoted price that was given to me And didn’t offer to help take the rotors that were really heavy out to my car neither Hector or jacob
I’m really frustrated
I gave it a one because there’s nothing less than one. I would rather give it zero stars because this place sucks.

I went in for oil. That I didn’t know which would be best for my road trips and Jane Diaz was SUPER helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back, I have made this location my home location for any car needs

Hector helped me out alot. Came in to buy a car cover and i always buy a car and never fits right. He let me take the cover out the box and let me try it on my car before buying. I really appreciate ur help.
